Excellent location, close to shops, bars, restaurants. We had a room with a sea view, and it met our expectations. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had room service every second day.

The rooms are clean, with AC(even not turned on it is liveable). The bathroom is a bit small but the bedroom is great! The staff is very kind. The location is near the centre. There are a lot of option for parking - no problem at all. I hope this info will be helpful for first time visitors like us :)

I must say this quiet place is enough to relax and chill . Do not expect very luxure bathroom is old also the furnitures but totaly fine :) priceservice performance is amazing. Smiley staff clean rooms. Liked there

Really nice hotel, a place where you can rest after a full day of staying on the beach. The hotel is near of the most restaurants or markets but not so near to be disturbed. Definitely we will return.

If you need only a room and a toilet, it's good. It's cheap. Hotel staff is kind and helpfull (for example, we needed an iron for shirt, and they lent us). Wi-Fi is good. Also the location is good, in the center of Neos Marmaras (near a supermarket and a lot of pubs, cafè and restaurants), but you have to walk for 10 minutes to go to the sea. Breakfast is uncomfortable, because there isn't a hall for it: you have to go to the beach bar for breakfast, but it isn't near.

Hotel with no hot water or a regime of such is not a good one to stay at!
CONS:
The reception works as the hot water does from 11:00 till 15:00 o’clock so when you go early to the beach and come back after 15:00 you never see the receptionist...how convenient:)
Worn mattresses uncomfortable to sleep on!
The bathrooms are really small and visibly worn off, but I guess when you don’t have hot water you never get to use it...
Noisy air conditioning bodies...
For my nearly 29 years in Greece, maybe the worst place to stay at!
PROS:
Exceptionally friendly Georgian ladies that take care of the rooms’ hygiene at least what’s possible given the worn conditions...
