Everything was good, meeting 4-star hotel standards and expectations. Breakfast was good, and the service was acceptable. There was a distant sea view. Highly recommended, I would stay here again next time.

Lovely hotel. Great staff eager to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. A suggestion for improvement: Let the two tables at the pool area next to the dining area be non-smoking. All the smoke from the cigarettes were bothering the non smokers in inside.

This was our third stay at the Royal Hotel. Our first 2 stays were in sea view rooms which we liked. The restaurant has an excellent morning breakfast and the dinner menu is great. This time we booked a mountain view. The room was nice but there is a large home next door that has 3 large security dogs barking that kept us up all night. Next year we’ll book a a sea view room.

So many steps up to reception. There was a ramp apparently, but out of sight and no signs. Pool closed on arrival 8.30pm and not open until 11am so no chance for us. Good for food evening. Breakfast buffet. Nice staff member got us freshly made omelettes which were nice but cold.

Easily and quickly accessible from the airport. Located just outside the city and without public transport connections. Plenty of free parking.

Always lovely place to stay! Lovely pool area, rooms and surroundings. Also staff is friendly.

Excellent location, super clean, daily cleaning service, excellent breakfast, polite employees, ok internet. Hotel facilities 8,5/10. Parking surcharge. Out of season is no problem to park, in season could be problem.

Great location , a lot of restaurants around corner. Nice renovation in the room . Needed a thicker futon for a bit more comfort.

The hotel is partly renovated – some rooms are modern and comfortable, others still old style. Our booking (2 double and 3 triple rooms) was not respected, and we had to compromise with extra beds in double rooms. In the end, the staff adjusted the price and gave a discount, which was fair. Very clean rooms and very nice staff. Air con in room is poorly positioned and is directly next to the head of the bed. Our balcony was often very wet from next doors air con unit. Unfortunately there was a refurbishment going on when we were there, that we had not been informed about. It’s a cool place near the sea, boardwalk, taverns, bars, gelato etc lots to do walking 100% - clean rooms, it’s priced ok, I mean it’s not the 4 Seasons but if you want that, stay at the 4 Seasons. AC blows really cold … so if you want to feel some culture at the Sea I’d stay here again. Unfortunately now it's under construction for few more days, but it will be a real quiet and lovely hotel at a perfect location and view. Close to a top pizza and burger place. Really recommended

We were staying here only for a night. It's a small hotel, pretty new, at the edge of small town Perea, which is in fact Thessaloniki suburbs. There's free parking in front and aside the building. The hotel is located in an empty area near the Peraia promenade, benefiting and suffering equally. Is close to the beach - 500 meters but not near other hotels where the parking place is missing. Very nice clean hotel beside the sea , I recommend it for people who want to visit the place and enjoy the city . Thessaloniki is very nice city , full of goy , good food and perfect friendly people everywhere.
