Reviews
The biggest disappointment was the attitude of one receptionist. On our last evening around 6 PM (not even quiet hours), he came to our door, knocked very aggressively, and spoke to us in a rude, almost hostile way because our 2.5-year-old child was crying. This behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional – children are part of family holidays, and a receptionist should show patience and respect, not aggression.
Cleaning was also below expectations (only twice in 8 nights), and parking is very limited. On the positive side, the renovated rooms are nice, and the location is excellent – only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and restaurants. With better staff training and service, the hotel could be a great choice.
One afternoon we came to room and we see inside two external workers who are working on assembling the wardrobe. They didn’t know English (reasonable) and thay walked out when I came in. All our staff, things, the suitcases were moved...and worst of all, the passports from the bedside tables were on beds….
I came in room and they left it, and when i came in toilet they came in again and start to work…again. Owners was very chilled and cool like that is normal. Picture attached and if you have other options avoid this hotel…br
We stayed here last summer and booked both a double and a triple room. The double room was a major safety hazard. When I plugged my charger into the extension box provided in the room, it exploded with a loud pop and smoke. A repair person had to stay with us all night to try to fix the issue.
What was more shocking was the complete lack of concern from the manager. This could have seriously injured someone.
The room itself was also extremely small and unbearably hot. When we raised concerns, staff told us we had booked “their worst room.” If that’s true, why is it even being offered to guests?
I strongly recommend avoiding this property. Safety and customer care should never be optional.
We arrived to the hotel after midnight, the rooms we got were the only rooms on the floor that the renovation was not in progress. We checked a month before the arrival at the reception if they served breakfast. In the morning we were told since the hotel is being renovated there is no breakfast served at all. There should be rules that compensate situations like this: providing another hotel for instance. Really upsetting situation that no one whats to take responsibility.
