Utopia in Parga

Apartments are completed to a high level, although they are on the small side. We had a large sea facing terrace to the front with sun and shade. Great views. Dining only available on terrace but was protected when end of season rain hit ! Disappointing that, as residents, we were charged for sun beds notwithstanding purchasing from the bistro too. Bistro was disappointing- mainly salads or sandwiches and not all available as they running down stocks for the end of the season.

Hi guys, just want to say a massive thank you from Paul and Paula, just back home today after staying at utopia, fantastic location, loved the corner bath in our room 106, had bubble baths every day lol, will definitely be coming back if we can get booked back in, only thing I would do is put a better mattress on the bed, Yamas Demtris and the girls.. X..

We have spent 10 days at Utopia Studios in Parga. My husband and I have been here with friends. I’d like to think we are well travelled. And have been to some really nice places, but I have to say this is one of the best places we’ve stayed in. When going on holiday all we really need is a nice clean room a comfortable bed and somewhere to make your coffee. A nice balcony is a bonus with an incredible view even better. And then having staff who are very polite, helpful and friendly ticks another box for us. My husband and I both lead very busy lives so arriving somewhere where you immediately feel relaxed and at ease from day one it’s so important. That happy carefree, relax and just enjoy ourselves switch was flicked on and we went for it. Everyone says Parga is an undiscovered beauty. And I get that. It really is. You can do as much as you want to do or as little. There is so much here for you. People make the place, and we found all that work here in the Utopia Studio and in Parga are so friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Rita who works in the Utopia bar a very interesting young lady. Who made us feel very welcome and was enjoyable to talk to. The young man who works behind the bar once again was so nice and friendly (so sorry we didn’t get his name). This has made our stay even more enjoyable, we definitely will be back and staying in the Utopia Studios. It is the perfect place to stay, opposite the beach not even a minute to get there. In the quieter part of town. But you can look into the harbour in a matter of five minutes. It’s next to a bar and when we first saw it we thought oh my goodness that’s going to be noisy. But when you get into your room and shut the doors and windows, you don’t hear anything. On our final day. We managed to get back in time to have a waffle. OMG they are to die for. A few years ago, I went to Bruges and went to the waffle shop there that everyone raves about. The waffle's were amazing and since then I’ve been looking for somewhere that does something as equally tasty. Look no further that’s one piece of advice I would give you. 😀 thank you so much Utopia studio team.For making our holiday so enjoyable. We will be back.

Utopia studios is in a fantastic location in Parga and we loved our stay. You are 10 metres away from krioneri Beach and around 3 or 4 minutes to the main square of parga. These apartments have a fantastic view and are spotlessly clean. The breakfast is a little bit limited,great coffee and juice but not flexible. I wish I was back there now!

You wouldn’t like the proximity to the beach, the friendly atmosphere, the lovely food and the clean and comfortable apartments . 2 weeks of sheer heaven but I’m sure you wouldn’t like it. It’s not for you. I tell you this because we tried to book again but couldn’t get the dates we wanted so we are staying at another Parga hotel this year. I can highly recommend The Utopia but not at a time we want to go. 😎😉

Great location opposite the best beach in town ! These stylish and modern apartments are very comfortable . Neutral tones decor. Side, sea view. Fly netting on balcony doors meant it was possible to go to sleep listening to the sea ! Cafe on ground floor which was good for breakfast or lunch. Demitri and his wife are charming hosts.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great view from our side sea view balcony and the location was perfect to enjoy all of Parga. Beach is within a few steps away. Lovely quiet room. Only one downside was that the chairs on the balcony were really uncomfortable.

We stayed in the studio apartment with huge balcony over looking beach . Bed so comfortable. bathroom excellent. Main room was excellent everything you needed . internet fast .cafe under apartments do amazing food and drinks Sun loungers on balcony comfortable The only down side would be chairs on balcony a bit uncomfortable with it being so big you could get a larger comfortable chairs on it and still have loads of room on balcony

This was a perfect apartment in a perfect position in Parga! We booked to come back next year while we were still there so I think this says it all! We had the B&B option and there was a good choice for breakfast in the lovely cafe below the apartments. We enjoyed sat on our balcony listening to some music in the nextdoor restaurant but as soon as you closed the balcony door it was very quiet in the room. I would thoroughly recommend.

Just returned from 7 night stay at the Utopia with Jet 2. Amazing location and the studio was perfect! Had a side sea view on the first floor complete with a private balcony area that was a welcome retreat as the temperature was in the 30s and was nice and shady most of the time. The owners and staff were really lovely and the cafe served great food and drinks. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future!
