Lovely place. Great spa facility. Pool was closed off fir my 3 days there. Service at the Pool bar was sporadic. Ok if lots of people there but very kacking if only 1 or 2.

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. We choose it as it’s close to the main highway to go to Igoumenitsa ferry port on our way to Corfu. Hotel is very clean, breakfast is included and has many options. My only complaint was the hotel rooms air conditioner was not working and it was very hot outside.

The hotel was very cozy and the staff were polite. I also really enjoyed the spa services. One thing I did not like was that they didn't have a place for our clothes to dry.

I loved my stay here. The room was spacious, balcony was surrounded by trees (I could actually enjoy the birds), everyone was so friendly and the Chef Dimitrios's lovingly prepared food was amazing - even though it broke my heart to leave food on the plates as the portions were huge. I stayed here with my family for one night enroute home to UK. The place is very nice, but the people make a place and the team managing the place could not be more welcoming or helpful. Food was also amazing! Well done all, and thanks for a lovely experience.

The design of the hotel is chic, and the vegetation is perfect. The quality of the kitchen is high, with a fantastic chef. However, the pool area is too small, and this is made worse because the hotel sells access to local kids that dominate the area.

The pool only opens at 11:00, which is very disappointing. I wanted to go for an early morning swim, but no chance to convince the receptionist, that as a good swimmer I should be able to do my swim. During the day the pool area is very noisy with lots of loud families. Not a place to relax and to enjoy two last days of holidays. Amazing staff, the hospitality was unbelievable, friendly and always ready to assist at their best! The hotel is their people! The room was perfect for 4 persons with 2 different bedrooms! Totally recommended and the Christmas vacation was unforgettable for our family! Special bravo to the pianist!! Will come back!!!

The personnel in all posts are professionals and polite. It is noteworthy that the rooms are everyday cleaned up and arranged. Excellent food served during our stay in the hotel.

Good AC!! Great pool with poolside bar serving great selection of hot meals and salads. A bit remote for walking, overlooking the airport and lagoon - but a taxi can take you straight to the door!

Very Nice hotel right outside Ioannina with private parking and a nice swimming pool... Ideal if you want to visit Metsovo Meteora and Ioannina. The hotel room is small and the elevator is small. There are also door decorations. The service is generally okay, but they don't actively provide mineral water. Breakfast is a bit monotonous, the same every day. Compared to the city and price, the price/performance ratio is pretty good.

The rooms are a little more basic than the name of the hotel suggests, but at the price they are great value and so you can’t complain. The staff were all very friendly and helpful whilst we were there too.

We’ve had a great stay at the hotel and staffs were amazing, from receptionists to breakfast bar staffs. Welcoming, helping ordered foods to room service, booked taxi, and breakfast bar. Clean and tight no reception online with Code Exzess to the rooms and entrance. An amazing apartment, very clean, great views, quiet location , comfortable atmosphere and very modern design and decor. The apartment is situated near our points of interest and there even was a supermarket and bakery coming out of the apartment which was really useful. Everything was quite nice. The only thing that could change, is the bathroom. Also, in the evening the water was cold and I couldn't shower. But, the overall experience was good and would definitely go again.

We only stopped at Ioannina for 1 night as a stopover between Igoumenitsa and Bulgaria and it was great. We really appreciated the fact that the lady arrived earlier to prepare the breakfast in advance for us since we had to leave early.

The hotel is really great, the only negative point that there is no adults area (pool, beach). The music at the breakfast area is a bit too loud and could be improved.

Great (small) hotel; you get the golf-car to take you up-down ... During the stay we had some BAD smell - they've explained it's from the neighbors (problems with canalisation) .... Swimming pool is great for kids; chairs by the see and by the pool are great (especially if you get those under the olive trees by the pool)... We (a family of 4 with a 19 year old and a 14 year old) stayed for a week in this great hotel. The hotel is about 8 min walk from the town with lots of charming restaurants (it is recommended to reserve if you eat around 8-9pm) and little shops and smaller supermarkets. The hotel is on the beach...with a stretch with sun loungers and a big parasol free for guests of the hotel. We also got 4 beach towels...

Great location close to the beach and the port of Sivota. The rooms were really clean and staff was nice. Good breakfast and nice selection of meals in the pool bar. Hotel does not offer dinner restaurant but there are lots of nice places to eat in the harbour me. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool and by the sea.

Beautiful place, 4 houses with 6 rooms each, located on steep slope, each room with a large terrace, overwatching a green bay. Own infinity pool with bar, no beach, but a nice wooden platform with 4 umbrellas and sunbeds, stairs into calm turquoise see (Great for snorkeling btw). Note, nearby hotels also don't have beaches, but only this one has taken care of a nice platform on top of sequence of rocks...
