Very well maintained property, and no area ever felt overcrowded. Helpful staff and great facilities (the outdoor Olympic pool is terrific); good and varied food offering; nice list of social/entertainment activities

We had a good week eventhough it was the end of the season. We liked the sports, pools, the food and the service. We had two twin beds which was very sad and the room in general was small. Would recommend though.

Virus prevention is present in the background and absolutely not disturbing! The hotel is remembering guests even after 5 years! I like to walk the long beach every day (multiple km !), take a bath in the sea to cool down

We are writing this review on our last day at the hotel. Beginning from the smallest detail, everything was carefully thought-out. We felt the luxury experience in every aspect of our stay

From the newly-renovated rooms, restaurant layout, quality of the equipment, attentivenese of the staff to the cleanliness of the every inch of the facility including pools, it was the best hotel we have ever stayed

The facilities are top-notch, and I was thrilled to see the new check-out lounge and showers—such a great touch for guests. I even got a lovely room upgrade with stunning sea views, which made the stay even more special

Some stains could be easily cleaned with right products and some effort. The food is good, I always find something, however, sometimes it did not look so nice. All in all I had a very good and comfortable stay!

Large pool area, no race for beds so it feels like you don't have to rush out in the mornings. Drinks are OK, no premium drinks in all inclusive but you can pay for these

The Hotel area is very beautyful. The size of the room, especially the bathroom, is perfect. I love the free safe as well as the electronic handling in connection with the cleaning service

The only object of criticism is that the children's pool does not have a canopy so that children can play at least in partial shade, the children are in the open sun, and this is unpleasant

Since the umbrellas by the pool are small, there is no shade, and the playground can be equipped with triangular rags (solar sails)

I liked everything very much, the quality remained the same and really on top (I was here in 2015) Even in the days of Corona, the staff made a lot of efforts. We can recommend this hotel for families

All families with children thought so, for one family it was even a reason not to return. If the leadership is smart and would like to continue to accept families here, something must be invented

Nice atmosphere, rather quite and relaxed. Tennis (hard court), windsurfing, catamaran, kite-surfing at the beach. Buffet has good selection, yet I had better food in hotels

Gaia Royal is probably one of the best resorts we've stayed. Rooms cleaned daily so very clean. Mini zoo for kids and also mini golf, several kids play, tennis, football, basketball court, 3 very good pools with bars

Garden areas beautiful and balconies on apartment blocks very spacious and sheltered from sun

Gaia itself is a bit out of the way but there's very good buses that run from hotel reception that can take you to Kos town and that costs €3

In the beginning of the resort (the kids swimming pool) there is a very bad smell( I don't know how people stay there). If you are a sea lover than if you are lucky and have a room close to the sea than it's OK

Pools Three pools, one for kids, one deeper, just one with music. Kid says the best swimming pool he has ever been to. Garden Place is very green and well-kept, beautiful

Wonderful staff who are so quick and efficient thanks to their mix of students studying Travel or Hotel Tourism type studies. Really was one of our best 5 star holidays and no regrets.

Some nice quiet swimming pools. The main pool is quite loud and crowded. Tho bit crowded if you don’t arrive early. buffet food is to much variety and everything mediocre. - Coffee! All of the coffee on site is Powdered

Everything is great about this hotel, enough space, and you have many choices for going dinner even if you aren't all-inclusive. There are 4 pools and one beautiful beach, one playground which is kidfriendly

My recent stay at the Mastichari Bay Hotel in Kos was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for the entire holiday

Nice beach and very mice Sea (If calm). A bit of posedonia alga, but does not influence the Evaluation. Good For Families with children of any age. It has a wonderful Sunset View

Regarding drinks, there’s a good variety of beers, spirits, and cocktails, so no worries there. They have a really cool lounge and seating area by the beach with outdoor sofas and beds

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a big smile and great kindness by Saad, whose sense of hospitality immediately put us at ease

The only improvement I’d suggest is perhaps adding more storage and/or hooks in the bathrooms for towels and toiletries. The food is very tasty with plenty of options. We both felt that lunch was the best meal of the day

The beach is a bit rocky in places, but we found a sandy area that was easier to swim in. Most days, we stayed by the pool where there’s a beach bar, music, and aqua aerobics at 12:15 each day

The entire staff, right down to the housekeepers, is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean you feel comfortable and safe

Agree with other reviews on star rating. So saying, the tired rooms, they were cleaned very well. Clean bedding every other day and towels. But the staff make this hotel

Our rooms were comfortable, clean and well positioned close to one of the pools. The grounds of the hotel were attractive and well maintained and there was lots of space for guests around the two pools

The hotel is bricks and mortar, the staff make it! We had a wonderful time. Special thanks to George and Theo in the bar. Billy collecting and keeping every table clean. The housekeeper very friendly

The food, breakfast was the worst meal, it was ok , but very strange to swerve green beans, sprouts, carrots etc. the eggs, beans and bread etc was fine

There is a mini market just near the pool and you get most of amenities. The room which we got had an amazing view! The room was clean and every day they cleared the room

One of the best experiences we ever had. Let me start from the location. This place is 20 minutes from the airport (Taxi costs 25-30 euros). The reception was super friendly and explained everything upon arrival

Entertainment team are so very friendly and the aqua gym each morning was great. All inclusive drinks are everything we needed and the constant supply of ice cream for the children was amazing

Had a trip into kos town which is beautiful, bus stop 5 minutes walk from the hotel and cost 20 euros for 6 of us. Lovely mix of nationalities and lots of friendly chats in the hotel

I had the best time staying at this hotel for the last week! They were very accomadating and made sure we had the best time! There was a good selection of food to choose from so you will find something that you will like! The rooms and the cleanliness was very well done!

Perfect for families with children. The staff is outstanding and very responsive to answer any questions you might have. They are quick in responding to your emails. It's a little bit of a walk to the beach

Food was good and the Greek night was great entertainment with excellent traditional food. All inclusive drinks are only local but we knew this on booking. Great pools and beautiful settings

Every complex has their own little pool in addition to the super size pool in the middle of the complex

The resort is so big you have to get a buggy almost everywhere. The buggies are nearly never available. The pool was lovely and the spar was great. However the water for the spar was freezing

Third visit back to the Gaia Palace. Staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly throughout our visit. We stayed in a superior double room which was excellent
