We were upgraded to a sister hotel the Petasos Beach Resort and Spa. It was simply amazing. Everything was perfect and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel was great and right at the top of the stairs to the old city. My only complaint is they did not have a pool. The staff said we could use the pool at their other property for free but then charged me 20 euros per person for hotel transportation to and from their other property at checkout. In total it cost 80 euros for 4 people so we could use the pool at their other resort. They did not mention...

This was the highlight of our trip. We booked their sister hotel in town and were upgraded to this hotel. The room and facilities were great. I would have enjoyed the pool and ocean, except for injury prior to trip preventing swimming. The breakfast was amazing and the service great. My husband and I hope we have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Went for my honeymoon to Greece and stayed in Charissi hotel for 2 days during my Mykonos stay. I must say the host is very warm and the hotel rooms are very cozy. The host is always ready to help in any way possible. The hotel is also in an amazing location.

It’s a small hotel built in traditional style . The staff is friendly and rooms very nice and has all the facilities that one needs. It’s located close to one of the numerous beaches but far away from the main activity centre . But the bus stop is close by to commute . Those who want vegan food , choices are limited.

The hotel is not in the center, but it is 10 minutes by foot. If you get used to it, it is totally fine. The hotel's pool is truly charming, so you can spend the whole afternoon in the pool. Especially the sunset view—I think it is the best view!! also breakfast was good :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early. The pool, gym and everything was included. You can add buffet breakfast for a small price. But the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking beauty of the hotel. I will 100% recommend it to everyone.

Booked a room last minute at a great deal and it was really close to the bus stop, windmills and little venice. They did not have a front desk so a staff contacts you after you book to arrange check in. The location on the ******* website was not what was texted to me by the staff so I'm glad I was contacted.

The hotel is located within walking distance of the town, the pool is pleasant, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the room I received had old, ugly furniture. The photos during booking show a renovated room with different furnishings than the one I received upon arrival. If you want a more modern room, choose a different hotel.

Great for overnight in Mykonos Great stay, particularly good for overnight near airport before getting ferry the next day. Hotel is great, as was breakfast but be aware taxi from airport is €40, which is the going rate for taxis in Mykonos ! This is no fault of the hotel. Bus to the ferry port is €3.

this is my third time staying in this hotel, the personal was like always perfect. Suits costs more but they are perfect and renovated. Still prices were bit higher than other hotels in September. Looking forward to coming next year, as the manger told me, other rooms will be renovated.

Amazing staff, perfect location if you're visiting the island. Came here with 2 of my friends but perfect for couples as well. This was one of my favourite places to stay in Mykonos. Our ferries got cancelled leaving Mykonos and Helen, the owner helped us to find a new accommodation when almost everything in the town was booked up. We stayed at elena hotel for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay, The location was excellent only minutes away from the city, The staff were accommodating and the breakfast satisfying and did not dissapoint, perfect for young families.

Checked in at the beginning of May. The room had a strange smell, probably because of the wooden ceiling. The breakfast was simple. The service staff was very friendly. The boat docked at the new pier, and you can take a water bus to the old pier. Then you can go through the whole white town.

Stayed at one of the cave house, overseeing the sea and able to witness beautiful sunset without disruption! You will get what I mean once you are there, many people will stick around the area and it’s crowded.

The Marisso was an amazing and beautiful place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, our patio was beautiful with and amazing view, and the breakfast was delicious, the lounge was nice for an evening drink and food and the staff was great. We would stay here again for sure. There is a steep way to walk up to the hotel so be aware of that but worth it

Fabulous stay in this little gem located in a strategic position, as it is walking distance from the bus station (Fabrica) and the centre. A big thank you to the host and all the staff as they made our stay truly comfortable also by letting us leave the luggage and use their showers after check out. Really recommend! Thank you!

Just left Mykonos today and had to leave a review! Fantastic accomodation, perfect location, so close to the main town and Venice beach. Staff were so lovely and welcoming. Pool was clean, rooms clean, lovely view from balcony and breakfast was delicious. Will 100% return.
