Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities and even better staff - the warmest welcome to Greece! It’s a bit of a (steep) walk to Mykonos town so if you want to easily get between the hotel and town, it’s not the best option. But for the price and quality of my stay, it’s 100% worth it and I would recommend to anyone to stay here!

Wow what a hotel! Apartment style complex with three swimming pools and a bar and a lovely outside breakfast area. The staff are like family and there for every possible need from the first instant you arrive. It’s minutes away from multiple beaches and the bus stop to take you to Mykonos Town. Just be prepared to walk up and down a few steps/hills. Our stay here could not have been better.

The hospitality of the owner and staff was excellent, and the room was very clean with perfect daily housekeeping. Complimentary water, coffee, and snacks were also provided everyday. The view from our balcony was great!! While close to a busy road, the doors are very soundproof and we slept well through the night. The location is fabulous. Steps away from the Fabrika bus stop which will easily take you to popular beaches on the island, and a very short walk from Mykonos town, which is pedestrian only. Absolutely stunning setting and managed by the warmest, most welcoming family. The sea bus to Mykonos Town (8-minute ride for 2.50€ per one-way ticket) is right at the bottom of the hill, so there’s easy access without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. I can’t wait to come back!

You will hear music from the nearby Paradise Beach all night, every night. Clean, airy rooms often with seaside views. Owners are lovely and poolside cafe/bar is great to relax. If you can stand the noise at night, then you'll enjoy your stay; if you can't, then why are you holidaying in Mykonos?

Located in the center of Mykonos Town, the room was small but clean and I was satisfied with my stay. However, this inn did not have a reception desk, and I did not know which room I could use, so I explained the situation to a person who runs a store in the same building as the inn, who called me and told me which room I could use. When I entered the room, I found the key.

She was an amazing host! We really enjoyed our visit and be back in the future!!

Not sure how this is not a 4 star hotel because the rooms are amazing, the shower is luxurious, the territory is clean, the owners are super nice and the breakfast amazing with a lot of choices and fresh products! This is such a gem! We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day. It’s also 15 walk down the hill to the old town, so no taxis needed. I’d definitely come again!

The hotel receives you with typical happy Greek style. Check kn is extremely fast and painless, think I never seen check In that casual. The gardens and common areas are spotless. The rooms are somewhat renovated and are pretty luxurious to what you pay for. The cleaning lady is nice person and cleaning of the rooms are done in afternoons so you can sleep late. A lovely hotel nestled in a quiet side street off the main ‘road’ in Mykonos town. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The reception is 24hr. The room was clean and comfortable, with the option to have it cleaned every day.

Although the walk to the hotel is dreadful, especially with big bags. The location and accommodation was perfect! It was in the heart of little Venice but away from all of the noise. Easy to walk around everywhere, and go back for a nap before going out again. I would recommend Terra Maria for anyone wanting to stay in Little Venice.

In the very center of Mykonos, close to an amazing restaurant in the same street. Rooms are basic but fine. Since it’s in the city center, it’s very noisy. But the hotel is nice. You have a complementary coffee and tea service at the reception desk. Decoration is fancy. Rooms are clean. Bed is comfortable. It’s perfect for a short stay.

The apartment has everything you need, fridge kitchen and a huge terrace where you can relax after a day at the beach. The complex is near by restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The owner is really kind and helpful, he helped us with everything we needed.

Alana is the most convenient place to stay in Mykonos. Great value! We stayed in the house right on the small square just a few meters from the windmills and the beautiful seaside are of the island's town. Great room overlooking the beach from the balcony. The check in guys were super friendly and helpful, very good to talk to. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer to catch up for a beer. Keeping in mind you are staying at a party beach expect to hear the clubs until early morning. If you’re drunk then you don’t notice… Breakfast was ok. Would recommend staying here for 2-3 nights.

Had a good time all the bartenders were great, I didn’t like that half of the food on the menu was not available. Also there were these little black bugs that were in the hallway of my room. Every time I open the door a couple would get in my room. But other than that I loved staying there, would definitely go again.
