Hotel was nice. Was charged $60 euro for having 1 extra person per night. Pools are not heated and my personal pool was not clean.also nothing is walking distance

Probably my favorite hotel we've ever stayed in. The staff is absolutely amazing from top to bottom. Rooms are immaculate. Free breakfast every morning. Beautiful boutique hotel where the bar/reception staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms had everything you need and very clean. Hotel is prettyl but a bit away from town. Need to walk about 20 mins to reach. No toothbrush nor shower cap provided. Service is good & staff are friendly. Breakfast is good too & is served at the poolside with nice view.

All I can say is wow! From the moment we arrived we were so well looked after, the room was incredible with a sea view and an indulgent private pool. I stayed at this hotel on my first trip to Mykonos. I arrived by ferry from Santorini, so I emailed in advance to request a shuttle to the port. While the map shows it's within walking distance, there's a lot of traffic and the slope is steep, so I recommend getting a shuttle. Located in a secluded corner of Ornos, it’s only a minute walk from the Ornos beach. They gave a lovely little upgrade as it was the end of season in October, however all their rooms are totally worth it. Our stay was wonderful. Location is about 15 mins from Mykonos town by car. Walking distance there are a couple bakeries and restaurants. Room, service, pool and amenities were excellent, very clean. All the staff was extremely nice. Angela the receptionist was very helpful and accommodating with arranging the arrival airport transfer. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend Osom.

Mykonos is highly overrated in general. Title of resort is an exaggaration for this row of bungalows. This room in any other part of the world on any islands would be about half price or less. The breakfast is very limited, especially for this charge. Otherwise the room was okay.

We booked the standard room, and although we knew it would be small... it was SMALL. The patio outside was bigger than the room. BUT, the patio was goregous and has a great view. The pool was lovely too, area was quiet and clean

You have to have transportation to get there otherwise you have to walk up a 10% grade hill. Front desk said they had a bar and when we asked to order she handed me a menu and when I ordered she said they only have 1 red wine and beer choice. The wine was horrible!

Staff was very accommodating and let us check out a little late as well. Spot is right next to the New port making it very easy to go to the old port as well as take the ferry to our next destination. Pool and breakfast offered were fantastic! We will definitely be back to stay in Mykonos!

The hotel is located in a nice spot on the island and is protected from the winds, there is an easy access to the beach from the hotel but this beach is kind of small. The bus service from the hotel to the city center is pretty convenient. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and took care of our needs.

The hotel itself is very well situated, on a hillside overlooking the New Port whilst a short taxi ride or 20 minute walk into the bustling Old Town. We just completed a truly memorable week with our son, loving the high-end boutique hotel vibe, which we found very pleasant and relaxing. Everything overlooks the sea in the distance, so we could watch the ships go by. We strolled each day to the centre of Mykonos' old town. We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The accommodation, bar, restaurant, pool, and all the other facilities were top-notch. The service was truly exceptional — we couldn’t recommend it highly enough. And a special mention to the double smash burger from the restaurant menu — simply perfection! 🤌🏼

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff who couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice of lovely food. Pool was good and our room was great with 2 balconies and a hot tub over looking to pool area. It is a nice 15 minute walk into town / harbour and the hotel also offers free shuttle service in the evening. Getting back was harder as uphill on small, thin, busy roads but...
