Description

The hotel features amenities such as a spa and wellness centre, fitness centre, two pools (though one may sometimes be under maintenance), a beachfront location, and a buffet restaurant. It offers practical services including 24-hour front desk, currency exchange, free parking, and concierge services. Guests can enjoy activities like diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, and fishing. Cleanliness and service both score 8 out of 10 according to recent ratings. While some reviews praise the professionalism and friendliness of staff and the comfortable, air-conditioned rooms, others mention issues such as occasional cleanliness lapses and maintenance problems. The hotel attempts to balance a family-friendly environment with business facilities such as meeting rooms and a business centre.

Professional service. Great location

Plenty of positives but also negtives. Positives rooms cleaned every day with a change of towels Location was perfect Hotel was clean and looked lovely Most of the staff were brilliant Pool was clean and loved swimming in it. Negatives. Pool was nice as said but those sunbeds(beanbags) were a bit rubbish. Pool needed a handrail by the steps. At breakfast their are limited tables inside but with 4 tables occupied and the rest with dirty dishes on waiting to be cleared we had to go and sit outside. No idea why tables were left like this. No toaster didnt help my mood first thing in the morning Why are showers half way up the wall? The bar never had anyone there. I wonder why. Maybe it was the prices. Trust me. Go and drink on the beach. Its cheaper. It sounds like a moan but you adapt. All in all The hotel was ok but it should drop the luxury bit from its name

I have never felt more at home at a hotel. The staff went out of their way to ensure my friends and I had an amazing experience.

The staffs are excellent . Very helpful , that made our stay enjoyable . Hotel is well kept and clean .

We had a terrible experience at this hotel! On the first night, there was a cockroach in our room. The hotel staff refused to move us to another room, even though we saw that there were vacant rooms on the website. The staff member told us not to worry and that she had seen the same cockroach in her room that morning! At 11 p.m., they simply sprayed some smelly cockroach spray in our room! It was a terrible night. It also says that breakfast is at 8 a.m. The staff only slowly start bringing everything out at 8 a.m. and by 9 a.m. they only bring out the last items. The photo below was taken at 8:30 a.m., half of the dishes are missing, there isn't even any juice or water yet!

If you are looking for a place to stay in Mykonos, do yourself a favor and please stay here! The staff is SO kind, welcoming and helpful with everything! The rooms are beautiful and all have air conditioning so you don’t have to worry about being too hot. Also, the beds are the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in! Plus, it is in a great location, walking distance to Ornos beach, great restaurants and amazing cafes! We were only supposed to stay one night but extended it for two extra because we loved our stay here so much. I promise you will not be disappointed with your stay here!

02.08.2025 Markel

I liked it from the moment I saw it, many years ago, owner John, all is well. Until 2021!

⸻

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location of the hotel is very good, just 100 meters from Ornos beach.
The hotel is rated four stars, but in my opinion, that’s too generous.
The breakfast was very basic, and I didn’t find the rooms to be very clean, even though housekeeping came every day.
The staff were kind and friendly.
There are two pools — the front pool was fully functional and had sun umbrellas, but the umbrellas were very old and not in good condition. The back pool was not ready at all during our stay; it hadn’t been cleaned, and they only showed it to us on the first day. They actually started cleaning and preparing it on the very last day of our stay.

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very nice. The owners are very welcoming and customer oriented. The rooms are not expensive and very clean. The breakfast is standard and delicious. It is a cozy hotel where you will feel like at home with your family! ❤️ Many thanks to Angie and John
