Very happy with our stay at Golden Sun. Good location, 5-10 minute drive to Chora and also close to Agios Prokopios beach. Our room was great as well as the pool/bar area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Welcoming reception people. Very cozy place and great breakfast. Commute by bus is difficult since you need to walk 1 km. But you can choose their transfer

An amazing stay at Golden Sun. I can't believe ot is only rated 3 star. My room was fabulous with the most beautiful view. The staff were absoltely amazing and I felt like one of the family. Hotel rooms and bedding are super-comfortable. Location begs that a car/vehicle rental be almost necessary. The one dinner that we ate at the in-house restaurant was below expectations(very overcooked).

The property was very conveniently located right on the beach while being tucked away in a quiet corner away from the busy street. Room was huge with living room area as well that made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel, the location is perfect, 5 minutes from the sea. Our room was very clean, the sheets and towels were changed every day. Breakfast was okay. The owner, Michaela was very hospitable and really helpful with everything, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel provides a rare example of being even nicer than the photos look. We stayed in the two room apartment, well equipped and spacious with two balconies overlooking the pool area. Most impressive was the kind and helpful family owners of the hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both comfort and activities in the area.

My wife and I were looking for a new island in Greece to visit and we decided on Naxos. We were going at the very end of September/beginning of October (shoulder season) and figured on the Agios Prokopios hotel in the Agios Prokopios area. It was a good choice. If you're looking for a fancy beachside hotel then look at other options; If you're looking for a decent hotel with a nice pool, fairly simple...

Modest quiet hotel close to the beach. Many restaurants close by. Room was clean. Fresh towels everyday. Breakfast was modest. As we don’t eat pork or milk/cheese/yogurt, we were limited; but there was enough to eat: salad, eggs, bread. Walk across the parking area and say hello to the chickens.

Our whole family stayed here for some nights and we really enjoyed our stay. Very close walk to the beach and shops/restaurants. All of the staff were really wonderful and the rooms were turned down every day (as well as garbages emptied). Nice little private balconies and the breakfast and coffee were very nice. The water sometimes wasn’t hot but I think that is most likely typical across the island...

Great hotel, steps from great restaurants and the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. One thing I would have loved would be to have a common room where you could hang out with other travelers, play cards etc in the evening. They have a little room for breakfast but it closes after 10am.

Fabulous hotel in a quiet location in Agios Prokopios. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with fridge, kettle, cups etc. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Great breakfast, changes daily, beautiful pool, sunbeds on the beach and very accommodating staff. We arrived at 10:00 in the morning and Stella told us to get some breakfast before we checked in! She also allowed us a late check out. Great tavernas all along the road. 7 minute walk on the board walk to the next village. Snorkelled right in front of the hotel. We will definitely book here again.

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, walkable to the beach and town, great breakfast.

The location is great (10 minutes driving to Chora but out of the traffic) with stunning view on the two sides of the coast. The choice at breakfast is wide and tasteful but what is really astonishing is their service and attention to the customer's needs. Definitely worth it to spend 6 nights there and it is on the top of the hotel I suggest to stay.

Our first time with Colosseo apartments - this was the perfect accomodation for us to a very fair price. Great and very clean rooms, amazing service and free transfer to and from harbour. We stayed 7 days. Outstanding location, could not have been any better. Reception was very accomodating and flexible with check out. Will definitely be returning!

Excellent communication with the property owners, including free transfers to and from the port. Brilliant location less than 5 minutes walk from Agios Prokopios beach and close to supermarket and bus stop. Fridge and kitchenette were particularly useful and we cooked simple meals. The pool was brilliant and we had a wonderful relaxing stay.

Close to one of the best beaches on Naxos, short walk to bus stop, shops, water park and great restaurants. Small kitchen great for simple dinners. Our balcony overlooked pool area. Staff very helpful, free pickups from Naxos port.

A wonderful little oasis of peace away from the main strip where you find the bars and restaurants, you have to take a short walk over the (dried) salt lake to get there. The studios are spotless, cleaned every day by two lovely girls, clean bedding and towels daily . Super swimming pool, this place is really good for families. No restaurant on site but fridge and a small hob in the studios are useful...

Perfect location, right next to the beach and close to public transport. Our room was very nice and kept spotless clean during our stay. The included breakfast at Macao Beach Naxos (2 min walk) was also amazing and all the staff were excellent, specially Mrs. Georgia who also helped us with car rental and tips for Naxos.

I was here with my fiancee back in 2019, but I remember it like yesterday. A family business with a local restaurant nearby, the landowners greeted us with snacks and drinks and they were the most helpful people ever! We plan on returning very soon!

We had a great spacious room which had just been renovated. Nice and clean. Every day new towels. The pool was very well taken care of. The people were very friendly. Perfect stay !

Lovely apartments with well maintained swimming pool, access to the beach, markets and restaurants.

We really like this place and the island, we got a car and this hotel has a car park, they also have a cafe where you get breakfast (very nice) and they have a restaurant so you cant ask for much more, plenty of restaurants in the area and nice beaches but get a car and drive out to see some lovely quiet beaches! The rooms are nice and clean, the pool is also very nice with enough sun lounges around...

Cosy and nice. Accommodation that I would definitely recommend. Great host, very friendly and welcoming.

Out of highly rated 3 hotels that I stayed during my trip in September 2025, Lianos Village was the best, by far. Chris and entire staff made me feel like I was home. A highlight was also the freshly prepared breakfast with a large variety of Greek specialties. Room was clean and located in a nice area. The only downfall is that trying to find someone that works here is impossible. There is never anyone around… when we checked out we had to leave the key on a table outside as there wasn’t anyone to check us out.

From the first day we felt comfortable here. The hotel is very well maintained and everything was extremely clean. Our room was large and bright with a nice view of the pool. The staff were friendly and always available if we needed anything. The location is also great because you can walk to the beach and many restaurants. Highly recommended.

The owner of the building is very friendly and helpful with any request. The studio is quiet, clean and equipped with basic amenities (fridge, 2 cooking plates, pans and pots, coffee machine and coffee-making pots, cutlery). Every other day the towels and bed sheets were exchanged, basic housekeeping was done every day! Also, the room has a hair dryer, iron, TV and A/C. The pool has a decent size...

One of the best Greek studio / rooms we have stayed in. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a great position. George the owner takes great pride in Maria’s Rooms and it is evident in everything, from the tastefully finished accommodation through to the beautiful pool.

Spotlessly clean, well maintained and quiet hotel at a great location. It has a beautiful garden and only 50 meters away from an amazing beach.

George and his wife are beautiful hosts. The apartment is a perfect size, comfortable bed and good air conditioning very close to the beach which is across the road with some beds if you choose . A restaurant right on the beach as well and the supermarket . Able to go into town by bus was a perfect stay.

Lovely apartments, very conveniently located for the beach and Ayia Anna but also quiet and restful. Really nice pool now built. Friendly, helpful host. Would definitely stay there again.
