Paradise Resort Hotel in Koufonisia

We spent 2 nights June 2025.
Very expensive for the given standard.
Service was really pure. We arrived at the room and the jacuzzi was terribly dirty.
We asked the reception to clean while will be out but this didn’t happened.
Later on the day staff came while we were in the room.
The pool bar was not in operation at all.
Apart of that the reception were helpful but obviously the administration was not efficient.

Horrible hospitality, zero cleanliness, rude and unhelpful staff. Our last night there we did not have any hot water- not even warm. It was freezing and they kept doubting us from reception. Bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Extremely expensive for what it is. The bunk bed was collapsing. Never again

The hotel is cleaned and has a quite good location to the city center. However do not expect anything mentioned in the room description because none of this is available in the room. Also when we arrived we changed 2 times the room : 1st one was a triple room (they made a mistake and came to us to move) and the 2nd one was not matching with what we booked in terms of pictures and room description (we booked a deluxe room with balcony and sea view and we got a room with only one bed and no facility, ground floor, land view). We finally got a room with sea view and balcony but still only one bed in the room and no facility.
For the 2nd night the owner organized his aunt’s birthday by the pool with barbecue and music till late in the night. We told him the next morning that it’s not very cool as we are here to enjoy and relax (and sleep during the night). His answer was that his aunt’s birthday was more important (meaning more important than the clients sleeping the same night).
Finally if you ask for a laundry, your clothes are mixed with the other rooms so we were very happy to sort them out on the reception desk.
Pass your way, this hotel does not deserve to stop by.
