Hotel Mediterraneo in Ios Chora

Excellent hotel in the heart of Ios. We had a wonderful stay last August. Beautiful clean rooms 2 minutes away from Chora. Our room had a breathtaking view perfect for a relaxed afternoon with a book. A plus: the pool and the wonderful staff that make you feel like home away from home! We can't wait to come back this summer!

After one year we came back to the island of Ios and this time we have chosen to stay at Hotel Mediterraneo. We are very happy that we took this choice. The Hotel is totally at the center of everything,supermarkets,Bars,bakery and Restaurants. And It is just in front of Chora. The pool is spaceful,clean and warm . The Bar and the food services at the pool are top. Salvatore and Maritina are very Kind and Helpful. The rooms are clean and well equipped . Maybe the bathroom was a bit small but it was ok!
If we'll come back to Ios this would be our choice Again! Thanks Salvatore and Thanks Maritina for everything.

We hired sun beds here for the day for £5 euro. Lovely pool area, beds, hammocks, drinks and food , very reasonable prices. Salvatore the owner and a lovely Greek lady waited on us and we’re so friendly and hospital. Definitely recommend a day or stay here.

Unforgettable experience, one of my favorite hotels , we had an amazing 3 nights in this hotel . The owner is very welcoming and he speak different languages a + point for the over all experience.
The hotel is too close to the center of the Ios town .

Relaxed, quiet atmosphere, for adult tastes. Friendly service and awesome views of the village. Valuable choice. Good connections to the port and Mylopotas beach.

If you're looking for a place to stay, look no further. This had it all, we had a beautiful room that looked over the pool and a lovely deck. The room was very nice and the air con was a god send. The room was immaculately cleaned every day which was super nice. The shower is a little small but we got used to that in Greece. The staff were wonderful and they had NaNa the dog on site which made our trip! There was nothing that they couldn't do or suggest to improve our trip. We spent a mix of our time at the beaches around and the pool at the hotel and we never wanted to leave. Definitely the most relaxing holiday we've ever had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is good and staff are fantastic! If I could make one suggestion for an improvement it would be to have a wine or a cocktail included in happy hour... We drank a lot of beer there and wanted to mix it up before our night out.
