Great place to stay. Rooms are nice and modern, although on the small side. Hot breakfast was very good. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. 10min walk to the town. They also have some parking spots if you rent a scooter or atv.

Really don’t like giving a review or given a bad review however I give this place 5 out of 10. Looks like you’re getting good Hospitality but there’s a lot of underlying issues here. These people are only after your money. We experienced no service in the room. All our rubbish was there left there for three days. We never got topped up with no coffee and no tea. If you felt like taking a herbal tea out of the breakfast area you’ll be charged. If you felt like getting a cappuccino or a flat white you’d be charged even though you paid for breakfast The third night we were there we had a blackout and got up at 5:30 in the morning from a big bang from the electricity pole, we notified the place that something was wrong. Couldn’t make a coffee or tea. We were worried or seeing sparks all over the place When we asked the kitchen lady has she got a new hot water or a coffee to make we were charged for it even though we could not use our facilities in our room I will never return to this place. I don’t even think these people are Greek. The Hospitality was atrocious. They only accept cash for your laundry and for your stamp duty of the hotel do not stay here.

We stayed here in August based off the amazing reviews but not sure we agree. Good things were how helpful Katerina was - she was so welcoming, kind and informative. Pool area is nice, and the location is a short walk to town.

Things we were disappointed with - it is next to a pretty busy road, it means when you’re sat by the pool or at breakfast you can hear the constant traffic.

The breakfast was substandard for a hotel of this price - ingredients and items felt cheap. Rooms were fine - they were clean and refreshed each morning, but generally felt quite basic. Shampoo and soap were just on the wall, no conditioner.

I acknowledge we stayed in a peak period but paying over €300 per night, you expect something a bit special. We stayed somewhere else during our trip which was cheaper and felt a lot more luxurious.

If the price was less then we would probably review it higher.

We stayed at the Parian Lithos during 5 days in July.
I have appreciated the position, at 10 minutes walk from the centre of Naoussa and the general appearance of the hotel, with a nice panoramic rooftop and pool.

On the other side, the room we stayed certainly needed a good renovation, including the bathroom, as it was really not comfortable.

The breakfast offer was in our opinion not really varied and the products could have been fresher.

All in all, the value for money was not the best, per our experience.

Katarina and her team were excellent! The rooms were spacious, the grounds were beautiful, it was super clean. The pool is a great spot to lounge with a view. The sunset views are amazing. But the service was absolutely perfect. Cannot recommend highly enough!

The staff were all super friendly, gave us a lot of helpful information and were just lovely to speak to. View from the room and top deck was also really nice. We had such a great trip, would definitely return to stay here.

Best place to stay in Paros. The location is only a few minutes walk from naoussa centre and overlooking the sea. The best thing about this hotel (next to the amazing breakfast and clean and spacious rooms) are katerina and her family.
We have never met beter hosts who make you feel at home the minute you arrive. We visited once before in 2018, and will be back in the future

I had a 2-night stay here in September.

What stands out the most is the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the family that runs it. Both top notch. They really have a way of making the place feel like home.

Location is good, a few minutes walk to Noussa central. You can either walk there via beach or a cute little neighborhood. The town there is a really cool labyrinth of Greek homes and little businesses. There’s a nice harbor with a bunch of good restaurants.

I highly recommend this place. And make sure you pay attention upon checking in. Katerina takes her time and introduce Paros with a map and a set of great recommendations.

Great location (right by the sea) and great premises. Top buffet-style breakfast. But best of all, the quality and closeness of the service, so willing to make ur stay in the island as easy and comfortable as possible (providing tips for restaurants and nice spots and even booking any service u may need). I strongly recommend it!

We've just stayed in this hotel for 6 nights.
The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the center of Naoussa, yet quiet, with a nice view on the sunsets!
The rooms are well arranged and very clean.
And what about the welcome! Katerina and her family are incredibly kind. Always there to help and give good addresses, which made this stay even more unforgettable.
