This quiet family-run hotel in the centre of Fira and only steps from the famous Caldera. It offers a Spa and an outdoor pool. The hotel is a member of the global Association of small luxury hotels. It was perfect location for any travelers. It's so close to everything and yet so quiet and peaceful. Very warm and welcome feeling to all their guests. Everyone who works in this hotel was very sincere to their guests.

This hotel was truly one of the best value stays we have experienced.
The whole place is absolutely spotless, staff are lovely and incredibly efficient and the food at breakfast and the lunch available around the pool was world class. Location is ideal for exploring Fira without being too busy.
Wholeheartedly recommend.

The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the bus stop, making it convenient to reach Oia, the Red Beach, and the Black Beach. The hotel is clean and the service is excellent, especially the prompt replacement of the coffee machine when it broke down. The hotel facilities are adequate.

This is the best hotel weve ever stayed at. The staff are so friendly and cant do enough for you. Food is amazing , the hotel is immaculately presented and rooms are stocked with complimentary drinks and spa products. Beds are exceptionally comfortable. Location is perfect. Highly recommend.

Aressana Spa Hotel and Suites in Santorini offers an unforgettable experience! The stunning views of the Island from the dining area were absolutely breathtaking, and the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, and the spa treatments were the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the island. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in luxury while enjoying the beauty of Santorini! You are steps away from the Caldera. Take a picture by the pink flowers outside of the reception with the view of the island as it makes a great photo for your vacation. The breakfast is superb. I loved the variety and the freshness. It was a great set up of quality food. Ask for a Freddo coffee. It was so delicious and it Is iced for those that don’t know. I had a great time staying here. I really enjoyed speaking to the staff. They were knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and strangers.:)

Aressana was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. From the second we walked in… and were given an ice cold towel and lemonade… to the moment we left the service was first class.. unlike anything I have ever experienced before. The front lobby staff were always friendly… and helpful at anything we asked. They helped us book some tours and were always pleasant. The breakfast served was beyond anything we ever could have imagined.. and the staff who served us were just amazing.

Although we were only there a week I felt like I was part of the Aressana family… worth every penny… and the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

Great hotel, very nice pool with comfortable benches, very generous and varied breakfast, beautiful rooms and comfortable bedding. But above all, the BEST service we have ever had in any other hotel, to the point that we gave the staff gifts when we left! Fabulous holiday and the location is more than perfect!

Exceptional hotel, perfect location to explore all Santorini has to offer, amazing breakfast, all staff very friendly and willing to accommodate all needs. The room was amazing with ensuite bathroom in the bedroom and sliding skylight over the bath. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting the island. Much better than many other 5 star hotels I've stayed in before. Thank you

Great hotel, 4 stars in fact - I am a hotel manager in Australia and Canada. The service is great and the place is kept very clean. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I could go on but if you know what to expect from a 4 star hotel then you know what you are getting.
