Where to stay with pets in Finikounta

We were surprised to find we were often the only people there - no sun-bed wars here! The location is perfect - a short easy walk from the centre of the village and two lovely beaches as well as a good selection of bars, shops and restaurants

Large well equipped rooms, immaculately clean, beds changed every two days, great staff, great location, excellent breakfast choice, quiet location ten minutes from the beach and restaurants

Finikounda was a nice relaxing location, not a lot to keep you entertained but the perfect location to go relax and enjoy the stunning beach and ocean

We didn’t plan our trip very well and were very lucky that the hotel staff were so helpful in advising nice places to dine and also helping organise a car rental for one day and also found out more information about local boat trips etc

Can’t fault our experience here in Finikounda Greece. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived in quite late from our flight + transfer in. The room was nice and spacious and very clean/everyday

Lovely family hotel. All staff were great, very helpful. Very spacious rooms and large balconies. Lovely pool and outside area. 9 minute walk to the beach and tavernas. Would definitely stay here again.

End of our stay due to be picked up at 5pm but had to vacate room at 11am, we asked several times to stay in room & was told could only stay in room until 1pm for 20 euros we asked if time leaving room could be extended which was denied however, the only other 2 people being picked at 5pm was allowed to stay in their room until 5pm for 20 euros

We didn’t realise we had booked last week of the hotel being open. Really pleased with size of room (112) Room cleaned daily. Location good except the hill to hotel not suitable if you have mobility issues

If you're looking for relaxation it's great but if your after loads of bars etc probably not the place The only let down was buses we waited an HR (I know a long time but I had some hope ) in the end got a taxi to where we wanted to go and he picked us up too at a set time Lovely holiday had

The hotel itself is clean , good size pool , nothing really fancy but I prefer hotels where you feel relaxed and the staff are really friendly ( this is what made it ) breakfast was good not loads of choice but enough

We stayed 27th August to 10th September in room 110, an upgrade for sea view. We traveled with Jet2 and the transfer was horrible, over 2 hours in the dark, with narrow, windy roads made me feel travel sick

Our room was clean and very spacious with plenty of storage and a small equipped kitchen area. (No washing up liquid or cloths, so take your own even it’s just to rinse out glasses)

This was one of our favourite places we stayed during our trip around the Peloponnese. A minute walk to the beach, and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops

A great hotel with warm friendly staff, there is a gym with a running machine, bike and a weights machine, awesome food, 1min walk from the beach, excellent food at breakfast, its family run, its super family friendly if you have young kids, its a great base and amazing value for money, no stress at all

Google maps is useless to take you here but call the hotel and they will Give you directions. It’s a little tricky at first but worth the hassle. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Great place to stay, great rooms friendly family run business. Very accommodating. Rooms are well designed with great clean facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Loved this place. Clean modern and quiet with spacious stylish rooms and fabulous balcony views down to the sea. 2 mins walk from the beachfront what more could you ask?

Hotel Estia is perfect. The apartments are great and the location couldn't be better.

The beach is sandy with sand sections you can walk out into the water, great for kids. The staff were excellent, they're all such wonderful people. The room was spacious, clean and nice and comfortable

This is the real Greece , an authentic Greek hotel with excellent outdoor facilities around a huge swimming pool, and if you want , the beach is just a few step down. The staff are absolutely fantastic!

Great breakfast and filter coffee. Bit of a steep walk off the beach into the village. Best to have a car to get around and see nearby places. Beach is just down some steps with sunbeds and umbrellas

The Hotel is a short 10 minute stroll to the heart of Finikounda where you will find 10-15 restaurants that provide excellent Greek and International cousin at very reasonable prices

Best Greek hospitality we have experienced travelling around Greece and other European countries. It was amazing how many guests we spoke to come back every year to Golden Sun Hotel

We heard great things and it lived up to everything we heard. The beach was very nice and we did some snorkeling, the water is crystal clear

Really nice and pet friendly hosts! Simply the best holidays so far with clean rooms and great facilities. Close to the center, while the owner was super friendly and helpful! Highly suggested for family vacation!

Clean room, spacious and with balcony. Bed was comfy. Located within the center almost but quiet & practical.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location just a few meters away from the beach and the area with all shops restaurants and bars

The apartments were really clean and they had a lovely modern design! As fos Mrs Marinos, he is very kind and handheld! Finikounda is a really good place to visit especially if you have family!

The real reason though that I put 3 stars is, as we were informed by the owner as soon as we arrived, that cleaning was about to happen every 2 days and towels and sheets were about to change every 4 days!! And so it happened (almost)

And don't forget to mention the best part, the low prices. So if you are a person who enjoys a relaxed and affordable holiday, filled with sun, good times and good people visit Chamaloni Cottages

We had such a wonderful family stay at Chamaloni Cottages last week! The cottage was absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views—but what impressed us even more were the amazing hosts

The perfect spot to have a really relaxing and enjoyable family vacations ,the food was traditional and tasty made by lovely Eugenia,Gwgw and Stelios were perfect hosts ,guide us in everything we asked to know and give us really nice recommendations for the near and far areas

The place is close to many interesting archeological sites and even closer to beautiful beaches! We are a family of 4 with 2 kids aged 9 and 12 and stayed 2 weeks. The kids had a nice time with the kids of other guests

Their kindness and care made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Don’t miss the Pastitsio food—it’s prepared with so much love and It is delicious

It truly felt like a place where both adults and kids could relax, recharge, and enjoy. We left with our hearts full of gratitude and can’t wait to return!
