Sun George in Finikounta

We had booked a room for 6 nights with my husband, a child and a new born.
The room had 2 single beds attached as one, which made actually a very big double bed, and a sofa bed. The plan was to sleep one parent with the toddler in the "dubble" and the other with the new born in the sofa. But the sofa bed was so bad that no one could sleep there not even for a half an hour rest. So we slept all together in the 2 attached single beds. The real reason though that I put 3 stars is, as we were informed by the owner as soon as we arrived, that cleaning was about to happen every 2 days and towels and sheets were about to change every 4 days!! And so it happened (almost). However owner also told us that if we needed something in the meantime we should ask for it and we would have it. So we asked for a towel change every 2 days and we had it. ( sheets were changed once in our 6 days stay as we had been told).
However I could not put less than 3 stars since it is a new, very well designed hotel with spacious rooms, clean (whenever though they cleaned it), modern furniture and a big veranda. There was also a fully equipped kitchen. The pool area was very very nice decorated where you could really relax listening to the music which very carefully selected. The owner was very kind and polite (even though i had read some bad comments for him) and ready to give you anything you asked in order to please you. The hotel is situated in an excellent location just a few meters away from the beach and the area with all shops restaurants and bars.
Notes: the pool is really small and the water is till the waist of an adult so it is not for swimming. There is also a Jacuzzi only for adults that i didn't use but there were other people that enjoyed it. In the pool area there are many mosquitos. Airconditioning in the rooms works only if you have all Windows closed.
As a conclusion I would have put 5 stars if cleaning and sheet and towel change was every 2 days at least and owner change this sofa bed with one that you could use it to sleep not only to put your things on.
