Villa Stella Family House

Family holiday at the Villas. Wonderful gardens and pool area with loads of space to enjoy the outdoors. The Villas are very well equipped with everything needed for a holiday in the sun including air conditioning and great kitchen area. Villas are near the main road but it is still a quiet and peaceful location with the bus stop right outside for easy transport around the island. Vasillis came by every day to check everything was okay for us and very reassuring he was just a phone call away. We don’t normally go back to the same place twice but we will definitely return here.

Booked the large villa for a group of 12 (mix of adults and kids) , and was perfect due to having it split into two , with separate living rooms and kitchens, plus all the shower rooms. Prior to leaving the UK i contacted Vasillius the villa manager as we wanted to check in early due to our flight times, and he was there when we arrived to ensure everything was ok and made sure the villa was ready for us. He then came round every day to make sure we were ok and is such a nice and helpful guy. Our flight home was quite late and again he was great allowing us to stay as long as we needed until our taxi picked us up on our last day. The villa has everything you need and well equipped, sandwich toaster was very handy, even a washing machine. Beds very comfy, slept like a baby every night, everything well maintained and clean. Powerful hot showers, quality cushions, lovely balconies overlooking the pool and sea views. Pool is spotlessly clean, lots of sunbeds with cushions, felt very private despite nearby road. Location is perfect, bus stop to either Pefkos one way or Lindos the other right outside the villa. Bus to either only 1.8 euros each. Went to both places more than once and both worth a visit by day and night. If you miss the bus back from Pefkos a taxi is only 8 euros. Nearest village is only a 2 minute walk with a fantastic family run Taverna, beach bars, car hire, shops selling everything u will need, and a single sports/karaoke bar for a local night out. Used Georges car hire in the village which was very easy and straight forward and would recommend. Beach isn't the greatest by Greek standards, very gritty beach and murky water so not good for snorkelling but has water sports which we tried and managed to haggle a good deal. All in all a great place to stay, we all agreed we would love to come back and have no hesitation recommending the villa, and a big thank you to Vasilius for making sure our holiday there was perfect!

We have just returned from a holiday at these villas. They were absolutely lovely. Clean and very well equipt, there was everthing we needed for a fantastic holiday. Beautiful pools and gardens and excellent attention. We would definately recommend a stay here. We booked the 2 adjoining villas for our group of 7 adults and 4 children of 2 to 16 years.
