Recently returned from 10 days at Rodos Palace. Hotel looked good upon arrival but rooms very disappointing, old and worn. Our room was fairly clean, but my brothers was not. Lots of mould in bathroom.. Cleaners accidentally left our room door open 2 days running, I reported to reception, giving them a chance to improve. Restaurant was a nightmare !! So chaotic and noisy, not a pleasant experience...

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. Customer service excellent. Elevators not all working and has to walk down 15 flights of stairs. 1 elevator never worked at all. A/C didn’t work properly. Kept turning off and switch would not turn back on. I believe the switch plate needed to be replaced. Beautiful breeeze of the ocean accommodated for lack of proper a/c.

Lovely week in annex building at Akti imperial. Kids literally lived in the main pool, we loved the evening show by the poolside stages, and breakfast buffet at Epicurus restaurant had everything, even freshly made omelets for our picky son. Reception arranged a late taxi and a baby cot without fuss. Left feeling relaxed and grateful.

We came back to Akti Imperial for our parents’ 40th anniversary and the hotel helped make it unforgettable. They upgraded us to a family suite with a sea terrace so we could enjoy sunrises together. We had a lovely relaxing 5 day stay at The Lindos Imperial. Our room was spacious and the weather was perfect. Although a little remote, we enjoyed days out in Lindos and Rhodes town. This is really not 5 star hotel. Problems with the room and staff can’t fix those. We make reservation in booking and when we arrived, we have to pay more. Fantastic hotel. All staff from porters, reception, bar staff, house cleaning, facilities were incredibly friendly. Private pool cleaned daily and was spotless. Like all hotels in Rhodes, the quality is high and the prices are quite reasonable. It is just a bit far from the old town. But everything is at your fingertips.

The Junior Suite has a very good layout, which is better than most Sheraton hotels. The service is friendly and decent. The underground parking lot is convenient. The music from the evening performances is a bit loud, but the sound insulation is fine after closing the windows.

We spent 11 nights at the hotel on our honeymoon in October 2025. We had a room with a private pool and it was excellent. The room was large and spacious with separate bath and shower. We travel from marmaris to Rhodes for day trip on ferry when we got in to port you will guys offering taxi service to take you round on some of the best spot and show you historical places but that's scam you can walk from bay to town centre in ten minutes walk around some nice places for food and drinks you can look around yourself rather pay 70 euro one of them ask 95 euro avoid these people

Amazing family friendly hotel in a beautiful area. Great beach, pools, amazing food, nice coctails, and very friendly staff members. We stayed in a family suite with private pool and it was worth it. We definetely want to come back one day. The only thing that needs improvement is the lift leading to suites which did not work properly throughout our stay.

We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Really nice complex, with direct and easy beach access. Relaxed and layed back atmosphere, as the complex is not too crowded. Service and stuff are outstanding, very helpful and friendly. The interiors of the rooms is a bit outdated and shows signs of wear. Still, rooms are very comfortable and very clean, so we enjoyed staying in ours. Overall, highly recommend.

Clean, quiet and comfortable room, nice big pool, on a relatively quiet stretch of Faliraki beach, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, nice pool bar with live music some evenings.
