Great hotel. Food was really good. Night entertainment could have been better. Most nights went to Faliraki as hotel was not up to much in the way of good entertainment.

From the minute we arrived we were in awe of the hotel. The family room of 4 is something we have never stayed in before with stunning views over the sea. Beds were massive and very comfy. We just returned from a 3 day stay at this property. The food was excellent, staff very friendly, pool and beach area very clean. We had a family room with 2 full-size bathrooms, very comfortable. My only complaint is the downstairs shower didn’t get hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

The best customer service in Greece ! We absolutely adored Domi , Lily and Katrina. They made my mum and I feel like we were at home. Couldn’t reccomend the 7 palms highly enough. Rooms were spacious and clean. We loved the short walk into the old town. We would come back to Rhodes just to visit Domi, Lily and Katerina.

Very expensive and poor value for money! £145 per night room only and you have to pay extra for tea and coffee in your room. That is a basic product even a Premier Inn supply for £50 a night! Nice big room, friendly staff, reasonably priced good food and drink. Free sun beds around the pool but 10 to 15 Euros each on the beach. Take your own beach towels. The only downside for us was the exceptionally loud music from 1 pm to about 6pm but that was our fault for booking Falaraki
