Bu otel, sitede yayınlanan fotoğraflardaki gibi büyük bir hotel değil, fotoğraflar çok yanıltıcı ve havuzu kullanılmıyor ve zaten çok küçük bir havuzu vardır.
Bunun dışında; hotel temiz ve kahvaltısı iyiydi.

I made a reservation for a sea view room but hotel gave me a room in a different complex.
I have asked for a replacement but they didn't help and told me that there is no other room. They are saying that I need to solve this with you.
I request either a proper room replacement or at least 30% discount on the room rate as I have paid additional 50€ per night just for sea view compared to other hotels in the region.
Could you please help me on this case?

There was no parking area in the hotel. When we entered the room, the water was out and the air conditioner was dripping. Although we told this to the hotel clerk, he said he could not change our room because there were no vacant rooms. Do not expect anything from the breakfast because there were very few products and the taste was very bad. I recommend those who will stay here to think again.
The staff is very attentive and kind, the location is great. We went with our 5 year old son, we liked it very much.
the only thing that we did not like very much is the pool as it has barriers around it.
Otherwise all fine.
