Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa in Kriopigi

Without a doubt the best hotel we have stayed in a long time. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent. Staff were really friendly and would go above and beyong. A massive shout out Despina, Sofia and Athanasiq, they really made our stay extra special. Will definitely go again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is our second time at Kassandra Palace Hotel & Spa. (We went May this year too). It is truly amazing, and we all really enjoyed ourselves. The hotel is stunning, and the grounds are immaculate. Beautiful setting , so picturesque, and the scenery is beautiful. The grounds are so clean and so well kept. The sea is breathtaking and spectacular with a nice sandy beach with sunbeds and umbrellas at no extra cost, which is great! The beach is just at the end of the pathway from the hotel - excellent! The facilities are great - large swimming pool outside (although a little too cold/freezing, but okay. Gym was brilliant, and it also has a spa area too. It was very good, but maybe the steam, sauna and jacuzzi could do with a bit of a revamp, but it was still okay. The inside pool was good too especially if a rainy or cloudy day. (Not too much of a problem for me, but just an observation that it's great to have an indoor pool located in the Spa Center, but there were loads of kids in it, and maybe I would have expected it to be more of a peaceful and a relaxing atmosphere as Spa's are supposed to be, but having said that, it's great for kids and their parents to go and chill too. Maybe a time slot for families with young children, and then another time slot for adults, but I guess you can't please everyone. The hotel itself is magnificent, so big, spacious and beautiful - very, immaculate and clean. We have only ever had double sea view rooms and single inland views. The rooms are large with plenty of room - the rooms with a sea view is stunning and the grounds of the hotel from our sea room view was just so Perfect! The food at the main restaurant was fantastic, spacious, bright and the food was amazing - enough choice for all and plenty of it and so well displayed with perfection. The pool bar and beach bar - excellent! The onsite shops were good too, if you needed anything! I think it is a very family oriented place, and the staff are all so amazing, friendly, attentive, and they were very welcoming. I would like to mention a few staff members as they were absolutely outstanding - Doreena, the cleaner, Dimitria and Kalayo - the waiter and waitress at the main restaurant, and Sofia at the dining area checking people in for breakfast and dinner. The manager Desloina, and George and Alex for assisting us to our tables, and being available to help. And also at the Spa area - Olivia and ilianna. They were very relational and really served with a smile each time, and really helped to create a very comfortable and a pleasing atmosphere, and making sure that their customers were a priority. But all the staff were brilliant, but unfortunately I can't mention everyone's names. The reception staff were brilliant too, and the guy who checked us in Friday late evening made us feel welcome, and explained everything to us and was very thorough - I don't know his name. Review: We stayed at Cassandra Palace in October for a family holiday and were absolutely delighted! Staff & Service: The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive – a special thanks to Despina, Sofia and Athanasia for their outstanding hospitality. Facilities & Grounds: The hotel’s garden area is beautifully maintained and pleasantly sized, offering a relaxed atmosphere. There are plenty of parking spaces available, which is very convenient. Beach: The beach is stunning – clean, peaceful, with enough sunbeds and crystal-clear water. The sand and well-kept surroundings make it a perfect spot to unwind. Food: The buffet was varied and plentiful, with something for everyone at both breakfast and dinner. The only small downside: drink prices are quite high with half board. Location: The hotel is a bit secluded, so a rental car is highly recommended – but easy to arrange and no problem at all. Conclusion: A fantastic price-performance ratio, great service, and an ideal place for a relaxing family getaway. Highly recommended!

I visited this hotel in August, The staff made my holiday, every morning i would see, Madelen a wonderful young lady who sat outside the gym, she was so wonderfully helpful and kind, then over to yoga with Harri another outstanding personality and trainer, then breakfast & Dinner with a very professional manager Despina- her and her team went above and beyond the whole 17 nights i stayed, i would like all these staff members thanked personally from me all the named above plus these others all make your hotel a wonderful holiday for myself and many i am sure Sofia, Maneva,Vangelis, Pelagia,Marieva, i may have spelt the names not perfectly, these all worked August 5 star staff thank you Debbie x

A weeks stay at this wonderful hotel was not long enough !!!. Next time I will be staying longer...I loved every minute of my holiday. And im already planning my return. The hotel is amazing from the wonderful staff, to the beautiful mannicured gardens, the groundsmen do a fantastic job..The food at breakfast and dinner is plentiful, delicious and fresh...The lovely lady at breakfast made the best omlettes ever !!.. Also a visit to Magnolia restaurant is a must..And the beach bar who serve some amazing cocktails with a smile. Always enjoyed my chats with the wonderful staff there, they are so nice !!!...The hotel is situated on a beautiful stretch of beach, and you can walk either way for miles, its truly stunning and quiet !!!. Took the bus which costs €2.50, directly outside the hotel a few times to the surrounding villages, which is very handy..Reception will give you the times of the buses..If you are looking for tranquility, a good rest, and to de-stress then this is definately the hotel for you, So looking forward to returning to the beautiful Kassandra Palace...Thank you to all the lovely staff who made my "holiday the best holiday ever" xxx

My friend and I stayed at this beautiful hotel last week. We were greated by very friendly and helpful staff. It was my friend's birthday while we were there, I brought ballons and banner and asked if they would put them in the room on the morning of her birthday. I spoke to Despina and she arranged this and also left a birthday cake in the room. Athanasia and Sofio was also very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and all staff were friendly and helpful, including the restaurant staff. We stayed on the 3rd floor and the cleaning staff on that floor was also wonderful. Overall our stay was great, it is helpful if you rent a car as there is no shops or restaurants close. There is a bus but it was always late.

This is our second year staying at this wonderful hotel, and this time we came back with our 1 year and 4-month-old daughter. Everything is amazing – the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything you might need. The food is varied, catering to all tastes, and absolutely delicious. They even have a kids’ menu.

The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping ladies come in daily – they do a great job maintaining everything spotless.

The hotel has a large garden with a dreamlike decor – palm trees, many olive trees, beautiful flowers, a pool for adults as well as one for children, and a very well-maintained private beach with turquoise water. The beach bar is lovely, and the à la carte restaurants look fabulous.

One thing I really loved was the animation team – they invite you straight from the beach to join different activities like aqua gym, flexibility classes, and even fun Greek language lessons. Harris was absolutely amazing!

We also saw staff members on the beach gathering children to play in the sand with beach toys – such a thoughtful touch.

Spent 3 nights and I’ll by saying it is overall a gorgeous resort-the grounds are amazing, pool is huge and spacious, all the equipment is top quality and the beach is amazing. Service is probably the best I’ve ever had a resort-everyone is so friendly. Withheld 1 star due to: 1) AC in room was not strong enough. 2) you are unable to get basic non-alcoholic drinks (even water) without paying twice what you’d pay at a restaurant in a major city like Thessaloniki. I know it’s not all inclusive drinks but they should allow free flowing soda and water as a basic.

This is our third time here, and everything is still just as great — they haven’t let the quality slip. The beach is fantastic, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the entrance to the water has been improved by removing the rocks. The food is as good as always, and the rooms have been upgraded with new furniture in the bedrooms. The bathroom tiles have also been renovated. The staff is exceptionally friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We recently stayed at Kassandra Palace Hotel and had a really lovely experience overall.

When we arrived, our room wasn’t quite ready yet, but the staff welcomed us warmly and offered drinks at the lobby bar while we waited. Check-in itself was quick, smooth, and handled with a genuinely friendly attitude, which set a positive tone for the rest of our stay.

The room we got was exactly what we had booked, and we appreciated being taken there by golf cart—a nice touch, especially with a baby and luggage. The bellboy was incredibly polite and professional. The room had a handy little kitchenette, which made things much easier for us as we were traveling with our baby. While the furniture and beds felt a bit dated, everything was clean and functional, and the insect screens on the windows were a really thoughtful detail.

Food at the hotel was honestly great. From day one, both the operations manager and guest relations manager greeted us at the restaurant and made sure we were well taken care of. The buffet breakfast and dinner options were always fresh, high quality, and regularly refilled before anything ran out. Service was fast, and everything—from cutlery to glasses—was spotless. A big shoutout to Despina Kaliva, the Front Office Manager, who was amazing throughout our stay. She really went out of her way to check in on us and make sure everything was perfect.

The beach area was another highlight. It was always easy to find sunbeds and umbrellas, and the beach staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The whole area was calm, clean, and relaxing.

A special thank-you as well to the Food & Beverage Manager and the entire team for making our stay so comfortable.

We would absolutely come back again and would recommend Kassandra Palace to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-run hotel in the area.
