Lovely location and interior/exterior, located next to a beautiful beach. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful (including the receptionists, cleaners and waitresses), especially the receptionist who informed me about the many sights Thassos has to offer. There was a variety of different foods although some dishes could be improved. All in all were a great stay.

Staff checked your shoes on entering the restaurant. Only buffet restaurant open all week. I got reprimanded by a barman for not ordering both of my drinks at the same time. No entertainment. The plastic waste was ridiculous, straws and plastic cups were strewn everywhere. I stayed here 2018, I still shudder when I think about it !

Great staff, good and diverse food for all-inclusive, nice rooms, beds are ok too. The resort is well run by what seem like competent people, unlikely you'll have any problems.

Great place, plenty of different food options. Receptionist was kind. Although wifi in my room was terrible. Cleaning services was also not the best, cleaning took a long time and towels left were dirty with brown stains. Beach was very close to the hotel, at least two pools. There is small town near the hotel but there isnt much to do there, if you want to explore Greece you should either take tours by your travel agency or just take ferry from that town to Kavala, i havent been there but its bigger city. Overall great experiance in this hotel with some downsides

There were ants in the bathroom and in the room. Ants in the balcony as well. You wouldn't expect that from a 4 stars hotel. The room is okay, not as big as it seems in the pictures. I don't recommend all inclusive, the breakfast is the same every single day, lunch and dinner are okish, but not a big variety, food is tasty but is not like something to remember. There was a buffet for kids, with 3 dishes only, some pasta, fries and chicken nuggets or fish fingers. Is better to discover the taverns from the island, cheaper and tastier. There are no activities for children.
We paid for a room with sea view, and there is no sea view, is more pool view, and a partial sea view somewhere in the back. Definitely not something to ask money for. Wifi is not working properly, sometimes is not working at all.
However, the beach is perfect for kids.

I am going to list all the ratings for this hotel:
Rooms:2.5(for a 4 star hotel and for the price that we paid they were very small,only 1 person could go through at a time,the shower was EXTREMELY small also)
Customer Service:1(the staff reception was unfriendly and unpolite)
Staff:4
Beach:3(not clean,the water is ok tho and there were no sea urches')
Food:4(not many sortiments to choose from,the restaurants were also small,but the dishes were ok)
Network:2.5(worked in some places,ex:beach and at the pool,but rarely in the rooms and bars)
Price/quality:2 stars
The was an ant infestation also so -0.5,the room cleaning services were done at unappropriate hours like 2 PM(people usually sleep at that time).Entertainment almost 0 and all the bad reviews for this resort are true. Overall 2 stars.
