Made a reservation through their website only to find out weeks later, when I checked with them what is the status of my request for a crib, that they cancelled my reservation because something went wrong with the credit card payment. They didn't bother to inform us by email or phone and also to my great surprise, they didn't even propose to make again the booking and payment since they still had empty rooms! We booked a few more accommodations in the area and everyone is very responsive and helpful so this is just not worth the effort.
