We visited the hotel for the holiday of the Greek independence day.
At first, the owner did not bother to inform us on time about the dates that the room was available (arrival on 24th or on 25th of March).
Second, the room was not the one that we booked, as we had chosen the one with fireplace, but the owner did not offer this room to us, telling that he had not even noticing our booking 😳
However, the WORST thing we experienced was that heating in the room was out of order, while the temperature outside was 2°C. After some unsuccessful attempts to fix it, which took 3 hours, the owner proposed another room to spend the night. Not to mention that all that time he was totally apathetic.
All in all it was the worst facility we had ever been, combined with owner's lack of professionalism, made it completely disappointing, unpleasant and waste of money.
So do not choose it for relaxing holidays!

Needs renovation and cleaning. Price high with no reason. Breakfast, nothing special. Definitely no, I don't think that I would come back again.

Pretty good. Lovely minimal design. Little too minimal maybe but still very ok. Great lounge and breakfast area. Very polite staff. Good choice for families. Very poor internet connection though. Still a great choice for a weekend at Vitina
