My partner and I happened to come across this place by chance. Our usual holiday in Greece is that we don’t plan anything we just go wherever we feel. We were just looking for a place to have lunch and just thought we’d try this restaurant . We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the incredible food. Therefore our decision to see if there was accommodation in their hotel was easy.
Thank you to Maria, Margaret and all the staff for their warmth, friendliness and accomodating nature.You have made this place so memorable for us.

Excellent restaurant right above the beach. Apart from the seafood and grilled meats, the cook makes mean dishes such as okra.
Additional plus points the very friendly and cheerful staff, and the most well appointed women’s toilet/changing room i’ve seen in a long time.

I WOULD AVOID THIS PLACE!
Service is VERY VERY slow. The WC (bathroom) DO NOT close. I was inside and someone walked IN on me. I told the owner about it and he gave me attitude like it was my fault that the door in not have a lock. Some of the food that WE ORDERED Never came.
We did NOT stay at the hotel so this review is only about the restaurant.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The balcony with its stunning sea view was the perfect spot to unwind. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. A special mention to Maria and all the staff; they were very kind and welcoming. The food at the restaurant was also delicious. Highly recommend!

We arrived to the location early, around 10h, so planned to just enjoy the beach until check-in time.
Took a coffee in the hotel restaurant, and asked if we can use the beds on the beach, as we will be the guests of the hotel later on today.
The hotel staff did not make any issue about it... Quite the opposite.
After our coffee arrived, the hotel manager also came, asked for my surname, and confirmed that our room is ready, and we can check in right after we finnish our coffees (5 hours early), so we can hit the beach in full comfort.
I am stating this all the time, but - Greek hospitality... There is no better.

Driving down the west coast of the Polopenneses we decided to stop off and took our chances with no prior plans. We came across this Charming beach and decided to eat at the restaurant that also looked to be the busiest . Service was very friendly, quick, and the food was superb. Good value for what we had - thank you.

We met up with friends, but also for business purposes. First we sat on the beach; wonderful ambiance. Too bad I wanted a mocktail and it was on the menu on the umbrella, but it was not served (yet?). When we went upstairs to the restaurant part we were warmly welcomed by the owners, they took great care of my very bad allergy (I felt safe), the food was really good and the view was beautiful. To hear and see the sea so closeby, while enjoying good food and company, is precious. I recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat.

The bed mattress supposed to be orthopedic but felt like cement.
The bathroom is tiny.
The beach is with enormous rocks which makes it very dangerous to enter the sea during waves.
Food in the taverna underneath is good.
The people very polite and the service very good.

Yesterday evening we experienced firsthand professionalism and sound time management in Akroyiali. Our last dish arrived a good time after we had finished eating, exactly when we asked for our bill. After refusing to pay for it we were verbally attacked and bullied by the man in charge. He constantly made ironic remarks and even questioned whether we had ever eaten in a restaurant before. We think that it takes less than 50 minutes to clean and grill ~8 shrimps. Our recommendation: if a dish takes too long to prepare, then let you costumers know in advance.
