Had a good stay at Villa Thérèse. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

I like the pool area. It has a special arrangement look to it.

I had a great stay at Villa Therese. The only drawback was the unstable internet connection.

Very disappointing!

I booked this hotel because it was a 3 star and I liked the decor. I stay at many hotels. Ive been all over the world. I look for tile floors, and decent breakfast. I need a pool or hot tub, spas are always appreciated.

This was a gift for my husband for his visit on his birthday.

He was disrespect by hotel staff on check in. I booked thru a third party. They did not send me an email with additional rules although they claim they did. I checked everywhere in my email. Trash and spam. Nothing.

There is a $100 usd per person cash deposit. Yikes! We didn't know. We only had plastic. After they realized I didn't have cash they were so rude, disrespectful, whispered to each other about me but wouldn't talk to me.

I had to hand write a paper saying I was authorizing the card transaction, along with the card number, bank, routing number, itinerary number, my address, etc. It was unexpected and unnecessary. Then email it to them so my husband could stay. As it turned out after all that nonsense on check in they never took the deposit off my card. It took two hours to check in. Thats outrageous!

The room was shabbier than the picture, but it was okay, I like the tile floor because I can mop it and you cant do that with a carpet. That way you can get rid of dirt. I had my husband wipe the floor with towels. It wasn't dirty.

The shower knob was broken. It flips up.

The breakfast was lovely. The decor lovely and the pool. The hours for check out and breakfast decent.

If they stop making judgements about the clients on check in that would help a lot. If they had treated him like a standard client and actually sent the email, not whispered or ignored me my review could have been a 5 star. He feels its because they expected a white lady and not a black man.

If the hotel had a contact email for customers I would take this matter up with them but because they dont I have to leave a response here to get noticed.

THAT IS TRUE I BOOKED IT FOR MY HUSBAND AND SINCE ITS MY BIRTHDAY GIFT TO HIM THEN I WILL DEAL WITH THE BUSINESS AT HAND. YES BECAUSE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK ASSISTANT CLAIMED AN EMAIL WAS SENT WE HAVE NONE. OKAY WHEN I CALLED EXPEDIA THEY SAID THEY DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THAT EITHER. THE CS REP LOOKED FOR IT. WELL THATS WHAT YOUR DESK ASSISTANT SAID. ACTUALLY HE HAS A CREDIT CARD. BUT ITS A BUSINESS CARD HE CAN NOT USE IT FOR HOTEL. I SENT YOU INFROMATION ABOUT MY CARD AND I ONLY HAD A DEBT CARD. I WAS NOT HOME AND I DONT CARRY ALL MY CARDS.
No piece of paper was handed I NEVER SAID IT WAS HANDED TO ME. I SAID I HAD TO WRITE IT ALL OUT ON A PIECE OF PAPER AND EMAIL IT TO YOU BECAUSE THE FORM YOUR REP SENT ME WOULDNT OPEN TO PRINT IT SAID FORMAT NOT ALLOWED. INSPECT AGAIN THE SHOWER KNOB FLOPS I HAVE A VIDEO IF YOU HAVE AN EMAIL I CAN SEND IT TO.
MY HUSBAND IS NOT A LIAR. HE SAID HE FELT VERY UNWELCOMED AND DISREPECTED. THE REASON HE DECIDED TO APOLOGIZE FOR ALL ISSUES AT CHECK IN WAS BECAUSE HE IS A DIPLOMAT AND HAS AN AIRE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND HE FELT HE COULD BE THE BIGGER MAN. NOT BECAUSE HE FELT GUILT. ITS GOOD BUSINESS.
