Very safe and makes you feel like you are in a completely different world.

The location is great and the property is well secured. They are on top of their cleaning as they clean the room everyday. The restaurant food is good and there's a supermarket right across the street.
I would definitely stay there again.

I had my ID on my phone the desk manager refused to take it I told her I can send it by email and she could print it out and put it in file just like she would do the hardcopy as the end result is the same an ID on record she refused to cooperate and find a solution

What happened to this place? This was my favorite place for breakfast before pandemic! Indifferent service. Came for breakfast after over two years and can not believe what I found! No honey for tea! Pumpkin soup is marked without meat and it is full of meat! When pointed out no apology! Sausage and bacon sitting in over half inch deep fat! No fresh fruit in a country full of fresh tropical fruit. Omelette cooked too dry with used oil smell! Someone PLEASE pay attention. This can not be to the standard of Marriott!

Great service. Nicely updated hotel, GREAT security. The service really is impeccable. The young lady who checked me in (I'm kicking myself because I can't remember her name) her service, her English, her helpfulness, suggestions, advice and even her smile made her easily one of my best experiences in Haiti!

I really enjoyed the Haitian Groti at the restaurant and honestly the only negative thing I have is the shower head... I'm not sure if it was just my room (614) but in such a nice hotel the shower head reminded me of something I would see in a 1 star hotel or worse. You guys can do better than that.
Otherwise. Great experience!

The staff was very friendly and professional, the only problem was I spent 3 hours in the lobby until they found a room available. I made the reservation 3 days early.
