Great Location the best hotel in town

I didn't find the room that I booked for. They gave me another room with one bed while I booked a room with 2 beds.

I enjoyed the fact that there is so much to do on site that I did not need to go outside of the property. I could find activities during the day and the nightlife is very active. Plus the food and the cocktails are excellent.

Safe - quiet - unfortunately, overnight the AC unit don’t work perfectly. It was the same thing for other family members who stayed to another room at the hotel. Please fix this .

Very safe and makes you feel like you are in a completely different world.

The location is great and the property is well secured. They are on top of their cleaning as they clean the room everyday. The restaurant food is good and there's a supermarket right across the street. I would definitely stay there again.

What happened to this place? This was my favorite place for breakfast before pandemic! Indifferent service. Came for breakfast after over two years and can not believe what I found! No honey for tea! Pumpkin soup is marked without meat and it is full of meat! When pointed out no apology! Sausage and bacon sitting in over half inch deep fat! No fresh fruit in a country full of fresh tropical fruit....

Had a good stay at Villa Thérèse. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was quiet and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend it.

Very disappointing! I booked this hotel because it was a 3 star and I liked the decor. I stay at many hotels. Ive been all over the world. I look for tile floors, and decent breakfast. I need a pool or hot tub, spas are always appreciated. This was a gift for my husband for his visit on his birthday. He was disrespect by hotel staff on check in. I booked thru a third party. They did not send me...

Very nice clean good conversation nice people

The people including the housekeepers make this place. The ladies ans gentleman who work there are simply amazing.

It was okay. The breakfast wasn’t enough and the water when you take a shower went all over the place and you end up having your hair wet because you can’t fix it there is no shower head it’s only one way.

The small staff have no protocol...for lunch very often no sugar no salt no pepper on the table...the waiter always makes a pudding

The staff did the best they could, but the place is inconvenient, the construction is archaic, outstanding. The toilet, the bed, the ac, are old fashioned, they're expensive.

Staff is good, always a problem for me to get shower, water is like sea water.

A pool would have been very helpful, specially it s very hot.I didn't like the fact I had to pay $25.00 extra to get the room before 3pm check in time and even then I waited 30 minutes before having access to the room. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent.The location is great, close to the Airport. I would definitely come back.

The yard is very important and welcome for the customers a area to relax

In the advertising they say they have free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, but I required this service at 6:00 am and they said the service started at 7:00 am, so I had to call a taxi

My family stayed there for 2 nights They have a good experience The morning staff amazing specially Williamson ,Williamson really attractive and helpful U will definitely send my family again Only the matter they been asking for early Check in they not approved it Other than that everything went well.

Everything was perfect. The only thing is need too upgrade there television to smart TV

The experience was satisfactory; however, there is a noise during the shower. Breakfast lacks options. Aside from that, it is satisfactory.

Staff was great. Hotel is a little rundown for the price. Lots of problems with room doors not locking, shabby towels and lackluster breakfast.
