It's a shame my room (because I book here often) isn't quite as quiet. Otherwise, the stay is always excellent.

We planned to go on March but due to unexpected reason we had to cancel and they were very flexible to move to another date. The hotel was clean and comfortable, they suggested to go to the roof with a glass of wine bc the panoramic was wonderful :) So they were very helpful however the receptionist was not familiar with the public transport possibilities. The hotel consist of two parts a newer area which is 4 star and an older original area, but overall needs a good re decoration and up dating throughout, felt more like a 3 star hotel, just comparing when have visited other 4 star hotels. We loved this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped (except for a drying rack for swimwear...) and all staff members were helpful, especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. Food was delicious and plenty. The pool was clean and the sauna and hot tub excellent. The gym was a bit basic and too warm, but available.

The hotel is in a residential area (unusual for a hotel). It has a few parking spaces in front and a small parking lot in the inner courtyard. The rooms are large and spacious. We were there in low season midweek. The hotel has been recently renovated, everything, including the spa and thermal facilities, was new, modern, clean and well working. We could relax and recharge our batteries completely. The thermal water was excellent, the food was good and the price/quality ratio was also good.

I'll start with the negatives: the toilet seat in the room practically fell off, it took 4 days to fix it. I must add that repairing the damage caused by the big storm consumed a lot of energy and time. Beautiful hotel. The breakfasts, lunches and dinners were very delicious. I was very surprised that there is a time for coffee and cookies in the restaurant section in the afternoon. The hotel rooms are small, but we didn't mind that because we were hiking anyway and only spent time there in the evening. Really good quality. 4 stars. But the wellness is available if you ask it. The cake for dinner was same for 3 dinner. In cold weather the window is fully wet inside. Over it all the staff is very kind, the wifi is really available in rooms and the breakfast and dinner is more tha enough.

The hotel is located in the perfect location for anyone looking to explore Villány and enjoy the wine. The rooms, restaurant and spa are first rate, with staff that went above and beyond to make our stay with them all the better. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

It’s a totally overpriced place with absolutely average room and under average breakfast options. I don’t understand this high price because it’s totally not worth for it. It’s not enough modern. The only positive feeling was in connection with the staff.
