A perfect spot for a relaxing weekend escape. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with excellent bathrooms. The wellness area is beautifully done, offering more than enough space for everyone to enjoy the pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and more.
The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options. Easily one of the better spreads I’ve seen at a hotel.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and recharge for a weekend.

I was really let down by the condition of the room. There was dirty laundry left behind, which is completely unacceptable and made me question how well the room was cleaned. On top of that, the bathtub was old, stained, and clearly in need of replacement. For the price I paid, I expected basic cleanliness and comfort — this was far from it. I won’t be coming back.

The hotel itself is located outside the center, in a quiet side street. The room was very large and nicely furnished, but rather gloomy. The hotel is nice overall, but shows some traces of disrepair: some of the automatic lights on the corridor did not work, so one had to navigate in the dark; the minibar fridge was removed; the soap container in the bathroom was broken off etc.. Also, I did not see any sign of cleaning during my stay.

The hotel consist of two parts a newer area which is 4 star and an older original area, but overall needs a good re decoration and up dating throughout, felt more like a 3 star hotel, just comparing when have visited other 4 star hotels. It really has space and existing facilities to be a great 4 or even 5 star hotel. But on the contrary the rooms are spacious, have good size balconies which are great to sit and chill. Location is what it is, a little bit outside the town centre, but if you have chosen this hotel you are most likely looking for a more relaxing/spa type hotel, no complaints on that aspect.The showers in the general area for the spa, felt like you were at a high school changing room but has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. There are tennis courts at the hotel, which you might not find in all hotels in this price range. Overall ok stay but please up date the hotel.

We loved this hotel. The room was clean and well equipped (except for a drying rack for swimwear...) and all staff members were helpful, especially the lovely lady in the restaurant. Food was delicious and plenty. The pool was clean and the sauna and hot tub excellent. The gym was a bit basic and too warm, but available.

The hotel is in a residential area (unusual for a hotel). It has a few parking spaces in front and a small parking lot in the inner courtyard. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathroom is okay and clean. The carpet in the room is quite worn. The rooms on the upper floor have a balcony, while the ground floor rooms have access to an inner courtyard (perfect for smokers). The pool is quite small, and the rubber lining was wrinkled. A few major downsides: it was very difficult to communicate in English at the reception! The second downside is breakfast: plenty of fruit, but the rest of the dishes were limited in variety: only omelette, sausages, and wieners, a few types of cheese, and yogurt. For a 4-star location, this is too little. We arrived for breakfast on the first day at 9:10, and the food was almost gone, with no replenishments despite breakfast being served until 10:30 on weekends. What bothered me the most was the attitude of the lady who seemed to be the manager; she refused to serve a couple who arrived for breakfast at 10:15. She closed the door and drew the curtain. For dinner, the menu options were limited and expensive. We ordered a dish, they came back and proposed something else, then returned and proposed yet another option. As a result, we ate in the city for the rest of our stay.

Moto stop on the way to Bosnia. The hotel fulfilled everything. Dinner is very tasty, breakfast too. I recomend

The room we booked and payed extra was advertised as twin 4⭐️
The rooms are spacious, nothing special
The bathroom looked old and dirty.
Hair dryer not working properly, but the girl from reception provided a better one for us.
Breakfast is the same every morning , the pancakes machine was not working all the time.
If you ask for some help, they look at you surprised not very keen to help.
Overall a hood experience.

Rooms offered in the old building were spacious, clean but without the desired privacy. Windows were in the main corridor, so passerby lodges could see right through the windows. Rooms in the new building are perfect, so is breakfast and location. Staff good.

Ok place. The rooms are nice and spacious and are quite clean. The spa area leaves a lot to be desired, same goes for food options. The staff was nice enough but I would have appreciated more if they were more polite and organized.

Pleasant environment, wonderful view of the city, every effort is made to satisfy all needs, nice service, delicious flavors. Whether you are looking for traditional or special dishes, you will find the "tooth"

It is an excellent restaurant from the hotel we stayed at. We ate a couple of times, had both the buffet and the a la carte menu. We liked it a lot. The suggestion of the waiter was tasty!
