The owner and staff went above and beyond to support me when I broke my ankle during my stay. They helped me get medication and crutches and even assisted with administering the medication. They also coordinated with the ambulance service to ensure my transfer to the airport was smooth. Excellent friendly, competent service, client oriented. Parking in front of the hotel which is a huge plus. Cosy room with large balcony and nice view over the city. Inside door to separate the room from the hall door, which helps a lot with the noise. Good water for shower, hangers in the wardrobe, clean & fresh towels and linen. We enjoyed everything.

Very nice hotel, staff, and clealiness but a bit off the beaten path. There's almost nowhere to go in walking distane and the sign says bar and restaurant but they only have breakfast. For the price it was still excellent.

Pleasant overnight stay The only thing to watch out for is that the property has two buildings. The reception is in one building, your gps might bring you to the other one, and there wasn't really a sign that reception is the second building down the street. Had a pleasant (unfortunately short) stay.

The internet worked well, staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good and the room was well cleaned.  The location is also easily accessible by public transport. The room was an okay size. The bed, pillows and chair weren't the most comfortable which was slightly disappointing. But, overall for the time period I think the value for money was decent. 

Ibis is about a ten minute walk from Kelenfold railway/metro station. Friendly English speaking recption staff. Beware of coach parties in breakfast room.

Clean, affordable, colourful. Was very appreciative of their customer service as they let us change the date of our arrival with no penalty despite us accidentally booking a non-refundable room (need to email them directly, not through trip). Breakfast was good, but vegan/veg options were extremely limited, so I would have liked to see some more effort on that side to accomodate more guests.

Right by the Kelenföld station in Budapest, I arrived by midnight and was welcomed by this chubby (meant in a friendly way) and very friendly receptionist who got me to my room and was very kind. Beds are nice and not too soft, the breakfast is alright too. A big plus is the free coffee by the reception haha.

Location is in a quite area with tram in front of the hotel which is very helpful. The service is not the best since the cleaning lady is not paying to much attention and rooms could be better cleaned. They are not well maintained and some invest is needed. We stayed with a tour group. A boutique hotel with a beautiful architecture in nature. The employees are very helpful and friendly. The only downside is that transportation is a bit of a problem if you don't have a vehicle. Greetings from Turkey.

The place is surrounded by trees on a lush green hill. It's cool even when the city is in a heat wave. The garden terrace is lovely in the mornings for breakfast and relaxing to chill there the rest of the day. It's a nice, budget friendly hotel in Buda part of the city, close to places, where concerts are organized. The Mom park is really close even by foot. The rooms are small, but tidy. I appreciate newer TV, so one can watch through his accounts HBO, Disney and stuff.

For the price I paid to stay in the classic hotel for 5days, I am fairly satisfied. I also want to add that the hotel staffs such as the receptionists, the kitchen staffs as well as the staffs whom they kept the hotel clean and tidy, are very friendly and helpful.

It's true that it's old and not cleaned well. It's an old building, so it's worn out. But this hotel has a unique atmosphere and is cool. It's a little far from the city center, but there's a bus stop within walking distance. (It's about 10 minutes.) If you just pay a little attention to cleaning, you'll forget about the oldness and have a great time. The hotel staff are all very kind.

The property is an old style large stone house that has been renovated. It has an easy going ambiance as it might have been in the 50s. The neighborhood is 50s style residential, but easy access to decent restaurant and great outdoor coffee shop. Easy access to bus, or 40 minute walk, over the bridge, to the very heart of the city. An average hotel, the rooms were clean but with ants, the Wi-Fi is of quite good quality, the hotel is in a good location, 10 minutes by car from the center, the price corresponds to the quality, there is a working air conditioner, but we got a damaged bed. The room was like a guesthouse in a county town in China. It was not good when I was in a hurry. It was difficult to book a hotel, so I was forced to choose this one. I had to pay a deposit of 20 euros to use the air conditioner remote control, which was funny. Ctrip's service is much worse than Booking.

3 star hotel only. Cleaness and modern furniture will be the most concern for guests who are thinking of booking a room here. But the rooms are spacious indeed. It feels like we are living back to the Soviet era with timed old building and crack pattern street in front. And boild eggs with sausages will be your breakfast are main dishes for every morning you wake up and step in to the cafeteria.

My parents-in-law always stay here when visiting. It's obviously not a five star hotel but the price is rights, the rooms are clean and the staff does their best. The restaurant is pretty good as well, and the location is great if you want to be close to Gellért hill, the castle district, and just a few bus stops from the city center.

I stayed here for 1 night with my sister last summer and our room was really big, almost like a small home. I know I paid double the amount for rooms not even half as big before. The location wasn’t the best for our trip but there was an aldi at a gas station nearby. And the gentleman at the front desk was very kind.

The parking lot is smaller, so it wouldn’t fit all the cars if all the rooms were booked, but the hosts were kind enough to switch the cars around so we could park. The property was very conveniently situated on the bus route and was close enough to the town center to walk. The staff, specifically Julia was very friendly and helpful with all of our requests.
