Good upkeep of the lobby
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and good pillows.
The lighting is good enough dim. The bathroom had strong water pressure. The hair dryer is installed too high.
It has a bathtub which it is good soak for the tired 🥱 body.
Breaky range is just nice just that staffs are short handed to manage the crowd
A short walking 🚶 distance to Tesco, H&M etc
Had to sort it out through the booking firm who contacted the hotel amd set things straight. I told the manager the next day that if they obviously have a contract with a booking company, and if I show them clear evidence that the room is paid for, then they should sort it out amongst them, not charge me again and have me sort it out.
1.We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, the person who checked us in was very friendly and professional,
2.Rooms were neat and comfortable(stayed in Executive rooms)
Sauna facility is nice as it is open 24hours

1.Other staffs members in breakfast area and bar were rude and unfriendly when you ask something, One example is we had one 500ml empty water bottle and we kindly asked if they could fill some tap water from Bar, but they told me to go and fill from the toilet, the irony is when we checked in the guy told us we will get mineral water bottles for free as we are holiday inn members,but I guess some members in the hotel clearly lacks hospitality and respect, we aren't staying for free but felt very bad while checking out with their worst behavior
2.Breakfast was not good, cheese and scrambled eggs looked and tasted like plastic, salads doesn't look fresh, some also seems to be spoiled, they just precook and heat it up the whole week it tasted like ,even the eggs didn't had egg taste,its vague ,was so shocked to have such a bad quality food in 4 star hotel

The culinary experience also deserves special mention, starting with the breakfast. Not only was the food delicious and incredibly fresh, but the variety on offer was truly impressive. There was a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes, from fresh fruits and pastries to cooked-to-order specialties. It was the perfect, hearty start to each day.
We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's a la carte restaurant, and the experience was just as fantastic. The food was exquisite, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The portions were incredibly generous and satisfying, and what truly made the experience exceptional was how reasonable the prices were. It's a rare find to have such high-quality, delicious, and abundant food at such an affordable cost. Overall, the hotel offers a remarkable experience defined by comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding food at a great value. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a superb place to stay.
The menu has appetizers, main courses, and desserts to choose from. I think the best one is the salmon white sauce spaghetti. Europeans make spaghetti delicious no matter how they cook it.
