The room is clean and nice. The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, although the train passes by and it makes some noise. A big no is that it doesn't have and elevator and there is no one to help with the luggage. The entrance lady is nice but she is not willing to help with questions about Hungary.

The staff is very responsive and kind from the beginning when you first contact them online. People from the hotel reply quickly, fulfill the requests and are very reliable. A cozy hotel. But I was surprised that in addition to the amount I paid for the reservation, they asked me to pay an extra 2 euros. When I asked why? They answered: because they were giving me a different room. This has never happened to me before.

Aldi, Lidl, shopping center and gas stations are all very close. However you only have 1 bus line you can take from here and have to change transport at least once. This also means the area is more quiet even though its right by the road. Best bank for buck stay around the area though.

I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

I arrived last Saturday for one night and the receptionist was perfect and very fast. She spoke very good English. In the evening I came back very late and she was there right away to open the parking lot for me.

The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. Stayed there for a weekend and enjoyed the place a lot. The host was super friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Public transport is close by, which makes traveling the city very easy. I can imagine that if you stay there for more that a few days this place can feel like home pretty quickly.

A fantastic hotel. We returned after a 13-year hiatus, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. Went there as a special treat for my parents who were in Hungary from Australia. Everything was lovely - food, relaxation, pools & of course the quality of the rooms themselves. The rooms were quiet and peaceful; we were fortunate enough from ours to have a view of the Danube bend. The hotel was good the room was all renovated and so the bathroom perfect shower pressure with good amenities refrigerator. Kettle tea and coffee. Bottle of mineral water..around the hotel there is several supermarkets but not many restaurants a bit far from city center.

Judging from the photos, I thought it was a very old hotel, but upon arrival, I found that the kitchen and rooms had actually been renovated. The bathroom seemed to have only been partially renovated, but I was very satisfied with the facilities and room size. The only downside was that it was a bit far, but taking taxis the whole time was manageable, considering that prices in Hungary are not high

I really enjoyed this hotel. I chose the room with a little kitchenette, but a daily buffet breakfast was also available. There’s also an Aldi’s ( supermarket) next door, which was a nice surprise. The garden was lovely, each staff person I encountered was the was kind and welcoming. I was able to use the laundry room for free. There was an indoor pool that looked nice, but I didn’t use it. This is a very good hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are excellent. Transportation and convenience stores are nearby, making it very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very good stay. Loved the pool and jacuzzi. Building work going on but not intrusive at all.
