The room is clean and nice. The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, although the train passes by and it makes some noise. A big no is that it doesn't have and elevator and there is no one to help with the luggage. The entrance lady is nice but she is not willing to help with questions about Hungary.

The staff is very responsive and kind from the beginning when you first contact them online. People from the hotel reply quickly, fulfill the requests and are very reliable. I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

I arrived last Saturday for one night and the receptionist was perfect and very fast. She spoke very good English. In the evening I came back very late and she was there right away to open the parking lot for me.

The city was full, all major hotels were selling their last rooms for exorbitant prices and then I found this hotel a bit further out of the city center, but still easily reachable by bus.
