3 star hotels in Szentendre

Good spot, very quiet, good airconditioning. Been there at 36 degrees outside, conditions where really ok

The room is clean and nice. The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, although the train passes by and it makes some noise. A big no is that it doesn't have and elevator and there is no one to help with the luggage. The entrance lady is nice but she is not willing to help with questions about Hungary.

Location is nice and it is close to the place that we have been driving towards 🙂 The service people are english talking, and the maid service is nice as well as the breackfast is awesome and very varietized 🙂 2 or 4 people rooms. With or without bunk beds, each with a bathroom and toilet. Also a fridge is available. As well as free wifi We stayed just a few days and they have a great deal for 5+...

The staff is very responsive and kind from the beginning when you first contact them online. People from the hotel reply quickly, fulfill the requests and are very reliable. It is good to know people are always there for their guests and can be at your service. I hope you always stay this way! I recommend people to book this place.

Fine place to stay for the night, free parking place, and excellent buffet breakfast.

Great place, clean, nice breakfast, friendly staff, air con and fast WiFi. Good value.

Very good value for money! The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, so if you want to visit Budapest you either take an Uber at ca. 15 Eur / way or public transport. The hotel offers breakfast and Parking included which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. The rooms are ok with comfortable beds and very warm. The furniture and bathroom might seem a bit outdated, but for the price...

I visited hotel twice. Fist time was fine and it was well organized. After my second visit, I noticed that the hotel has become quite neglected. The hygiene is very poor. I believe you can do much better.

The floor was dirty, and the bath towels weren't very clean either. The soundproofing was terrible. There was only one person working at the counter in the evening. It was very noisy with lots of people eating pizza and drinking near the entrance at night.

Vitta Hotel Superior is great Hotel. Great Parking. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great Rooms are big and good quiet, best for sleeping and resting. Long from Budapest Center, but 10 minutes walk to nearest Metro M3 line at Lidl. Then with M3 Metro line explore all Budapest. But why 4 Stars? More clean and hygiene

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel – everything was perfect, from the warm atmosphere to the excellent service. The highlight of my experience was Gregory, who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. Thank you, Gregory, for making my trip so special!

We stayed at Vitta Hotel in Budapest and we are truly satisfied with our experience. The service was excellent, the staff & specifically Gregory has made a difference, he was always kind, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. Communication was easy, and he was always ready to assist with information and recommendations. The facilities were great: clean and comfortable...

The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. I'd recommend staying closer to the city center if you're here for tourism. This area is a little out of the way.

I was very happy with the hotel not to far from the city and shops all around will be staying there again.

Super nice hotel, nice breakfast, sparkling clean room. One recommendation is to provide complimentary water in rooms at least

The hotel is a solid option for a business trip. The rooms are clean and practical, and the overall comfort level is good for the price. While nothing particularly stands out, it offers a reasonable balance of cost and quality, making it a convenient choice for short business stays.

Here is a comfortable and clean hotel with a very nice and happy atmosphere and hotel staff are so polite and kind. Location is the best, close to M station and shopping malls are around😊 Breakfast?? Perfect😊don’t hesitate to book your room including breakfast ❤️

My wife and I are delighted with how kindly we were greeted and treated by the hotel staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. In short, we didn't want to leave. We will definitely return to this wonderful place because it's truly worth it. I recommend it to everyone who values the highest standards. Thank...

I arrived last Saturday for one night and the receptionist was perfect and very fast. She spoke very good English. In the evening I came back very late and she was there right away to open the parking lot for me.

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it ended up being great. It's small, but the rooms are renovated and modern, and they're clean and comfortable. (They also have fridges with free water bottles, which is convenient.) The shower has nice hot water and good water pressure, the air conditioning units do an OK job of cooling the room, and the beds are pretty good, though the pillows were...

Very nice service. Not fancy, but had everything it takes to feel comfortable and have a good stay.

We had a great stay in Vácz Hotel. The spacious room was well decorated with new furniture, bed and Sofa were very comfy and everything was perfectly clean. Breakfast was delicious, it was a rather small buffet but with a great selection. On top comes the very welcoming and friendly staff. They definitely go for the extra mile! Thanks a lot, we had a great time. Köszonom szépen, visszajövünk!

Visited hotel already 3 or 4 times, always sufficient and sure will come again. Thank you Hotel Vacz team

Good value hotel, a number of different room types, book early to get the best rooms. Staff are always there and helpful when prompted. Short walk to the train station. Simple breakfast, free wifi, limited free parking.

Excellent location for a relaxing romantic getaway. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there are plenty programs provided by the Hotel. The food is amazing, we enjoyed every meal we had, and the staff is just lovely! Very attentive, kind and patient! Highly recommend, very good pricing and altogether a great experience!

Wonderful place to stay. Clean, comfy rooms with great views. Service was amazing. There is a nice games room with pool, ping pong and lots of board games for the family to play in the evenings. Located right in nature with lots of nice walks easily accessible. Highly recommended.

We spent 6 nights here. There were positive and negative experiences too. About the hotel and the room: The first surprise is the staircase: you can drag the package up there but you have to pick it up from there by hand. There is an elevator, but only from the top of the stairs, from the level of the reception. If you can't afford to carry your suitcases in your hand, don't choose this hotel! The...

A hotel with a very Swiss feel. The service staff are very friendly. Recommended

Staff was helpful in recommendations. Diner and breakfast included within the room for a good price. Also, went there with our bikes, safeplace to keep them.

The room was very clean. The staff was friendly. The location is awesome.

Haven't stayed there, just parked next to it

Our room was very clean, decent, and beds where very comfortable. There was warm water and heating in our room. This hotel has good connection to the city center, only 20-30minutes away. On the other hand, breakfast could have been a lot better and WiFi connection could be stronger. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Outstanding experience. Best seafood pasta and tiramisu ever. Good presentation, nice quiet atmosphere, great service.

It is 3 star hotel near highway. I recommend it if you want to watch F1 because it's 15 min away from race track ( Hungaroring) 20 min to city center. City bus stops near hotel and you can go to city center with it. It have swiming pul, restaurant, parking... Room was clean no problem there. It's next to McDonald's and big shopping center.

The basic hotel for basic price, the breakfast was not bad, but not good. I suggest that you prepare yourself for lowest quality for lowest price

The kind staff let us park the car for a few hours longer after checking out in the morning so that we can return in the afternoon after sightseeing. It is easy to go to the city center using public transport.

Amazing building. Had better bathrooms in other hotels on this trip. Breakfast was a disappointment compared with other hotels too. Lots of flies in the breakfast buffet area. The coffee/hot chocolate machine seemed incapable of dispensing a mocha, each attempt produced a different result, maybe blocked somewhere.

We just had a drink and a snack, but the snacks were delicious and freshly made. Very quiet and restful place with an interesting history.

Amazing place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Location...I would say ....perfect and planty space around the hotel. 110% I would stay there again & I would strongly recommend this place :-)

This is an absolutely amazing Hotel so much history in this place and a beautiful garden it is extremely clean and well-kept beautiful modern rooms and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, I immediately extended my stay because of the Super Service minded young lady at the reception I can highly recommend.

Beautiful and quite place. However, the location is a bit far from city area. Further, it hasnt an elevator but a handsome and robust poter will carry your carrier. Best regards Fyi, breakfast is wonderful.

Really nice place to stay and easy to get into the inner city via tram and metro. Room is perfect size but was abit dirty

Good price and good location. Easy access with the bus to the city center. Secured parking. A little bit old furniture. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Nice employees.

Very nice clean place to stay. Good hotel food in the restaurant. Close shopping and a very cool church next door.

The city was full, all major hotels were selling their last rooms for exorbitant prices and then I found this hotel a bit further out of the city center, but still easily reachable by bus. The rooms are like small apartments, all fine. Downstairs they have breakfast and lunch, and there is a small Spar shop next to the hotel.

The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are clean but need to be renovated. The location is well connected to public transport.

It was a large apartment unit..clean and cozy Great vanue for money....very friendly staff

Was just OK! Property was OK. It was a kind of average experience for a family of 4, where the 2 single beds were set up in a sequence and then there was a sofa bed, for which the leg was broken and the mattress was bend, There was no toiletries or water provided in the property. Dont go for their below average breakfast, which was basic and was repetitive for a long 5 days stay.Overall, it was an...

This is the second time I booked this apartment. It’s very quiet. You can also cook. There are two supermarkets next to it. The front desk staff are also very good. I recommend this apartment. There is a church next to it!

Very warm welcome upon our arrival, staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was more than good for a 3-star hotel, a pleasant surprise. The rooms are far too small, and the shower room and toilet area are unappealing. The carpet on the walkway is torn everywhere. With a few small investments, some things could be improved. Stayed from January 13th to 16th.

The location was perfect. The view was perfect. The breakfast was okay (but quality price perfect). I also was there at new years. I didn't like the room service because they didn't change the sheets, they just folded them.

The hotel was nice.. very friendly and helpful staff . Nice view from Our room .

No kettle, no hairdryer, and no heating. However, the front desk was incredibly helpful with the first two. The weather in Hungary was quite pleasant, though I just wanted to dry my clothes a bit. The breakfast was delicious and, surprisingly, a buffet!

Very good. Delicious breakfasts. Small, cozy cabins. En-suite bathroom.

lovely cozy place and the breakfast was the icing on the cake

The hotel is quite old, which is noticeable throughout, but it is exceptionally clean, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. If you are looking for luxury, there are more expensive options available. They don't have their own restaurant, but you can arrange a breakfast that is truly hearty and filling. The rooms are great—it's rare to find a hotel that heats so well in the middle of...

If you like staying active and keeping up with your training while traveling—like I do—I really recommend this hotel. For only 100 euros per room for four people, you get a free outdoor 50m pool (yes, even in winter, the water is around 24°C), plus a free sauna and breakfast! You can also go for a beautiful morning run on the nearby island that has a running track and lots of locals out jogging. The...

I went there three times because it was very close to my dental clinique. It is not super. The rooms are VERY small and there is quite a lot of noise from the Tramway just outside. The staff is VERY kind. As a vegan still and at the time, I couldn't have much to eat at breakfast. I stayed there because it was very close to my dental clinique - that was the only reason. If you have more courage than...

Good 3-star. It does what it says on the tin. The tram stops right outside. Staff friendly and polite. The only issue we had was noise from the swimming pool, which starts at 6 am. So, this is not a good hotel if you plan to sleep till late. It's perfect if you want to get up early and swim though. There was some kind of security woman that was annoyed at us because we sat outside to watch the teams...

If you are visiting Budapest, then this hotel is the best choice. Very convenient location (parking in front of the hotel), clean rooms, warm water in the pool makes the trip enjoyable even in cold weather. Delicious breakfast and most importantly, very attentive, warm and friendly team.

Great hotel to visit Budapest especially for swimmers. The swimming pool is amazing. There is a Turkish bath and another spa around the corner. Good tram connections with the city and Gellert baths. I love it here and I will definitely come back. Breakfast was also good. Regular guests are swimming and water polo teams from different countries. I did not mind the sound of the tram because I lived in...

Staff are helpful and the room is clean

Good location and convenient. Public transport is within 100-300 meters. Heroes square is hardly 300 meters. Rooms were clean and comfortable only thing missing was the electric kettle and complimentary coffee/tea and water. Bar opens 24/7 with many options of drinks and coffee but very limited options for food. Breakfast was good.

The location is excellent, right next to Heroes' Square. There's a large park nearby, perfect for a morning run or walk. The room was quiet and clean, but the amenities were limited; there was no mini-fridge or kettle.

Great location. Best value for money. Room on first floor has tram noice.

Breakfast was good and there was a good range of food. Location and cleanliness were great. It would be nice if there could be more amenities in the room like water and iron.

The simplest Ibis I have ever stayed.

Everything depends on your expectations—if you have a larger budget, I wouldn't recommend it. The rooms were too crowded, the doors couldn't be locked, and some people came back late at night and seemed to know the building manager, so they turned on their lights and introduced themselves. But if you're like me and have no other choice, it's still a place to stay. The staff are friendly (although check...

They are professional and cleanly, as well as having a kitchen and laundry service which is convenient.

Agreed on previous reviews, the place has a feeling not a hostel for international travellers but for local long stayers, working class people. Stay here on your own risk, it's often fully booked due to an extremely low price but as a downside you'll get a bunch of loud ladies cooking their evening meals and socialising well into the night. A fully equipped kitchen is one a few bright spots though...

A hotel in the center of Budapest is a reliable choice when you are looking for a top starting point to discover this wonderful city. The hotel has beautiful and modern rooms. The staff is very friendly, helpful and happy to help with advice that makes it easier to discover the city and stay in it. I absolutely recommend!

A very good location in the very center of the city. A 15-minute walk to all the attractions along the Danube. The kitchen, bathroom, and room are all well-equipped. The downside is the neighbors' nightlife; from 2 a.m., the shouting of drunk people makes it impossible to sleep. Be prepared for parking problems; you need to download an app, as the parking meters don't work.

Great location, but after that it was pretty average. The building was incredibly noisy a night, the apartment wasn't all that comfortable; dark inside, the loft sleeping space is very low, you have to crawl around it, steps up are very tight and awkward to manage, measly pillows and towels. I tried to ask for some more but the number given on the app was out of service. I sent 2 messages through...

Nice apartment, clean and great location. Everything was close by and great hosts! Would definitely stay here again!!

I stayed at Benczúr Hotel from Thursday to Sunday and had a wonderful experience throughout. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and pleasantly warm, and the service was excellent at all times. What impressed me most was the food. I rarely get to enjoy meals of such high quality, and as someone who is not from Hungary, I especially loved the Hungarian specialties. The cuisine felt truly refined, and...

Very nice budget hotel, relatively clean we had no issues. Staff was very friendly, they let us check in early and then check out later because one of our friends was sick. Very accommodating, nice breakfast options and enough time even if you fancy waking up a bit later. Overall a good experience.

The breakfast was great, the hotel was clean, and it’s located in a quiet zone. Although the photos made it look like a 'grandma's homestay,' it’s actually a surprisingly large and nice hotel. However, the mattress in the economy room was terrible. I suspect you’d need to pay for a room upgrade to get a better bed. Housekeeping could also be improved; for instance, they forgot to refill the toilet...

Our stay there was ok. It was clean. There is no kitchenette (not even a kettle or a microwave). Other than the receptionists, the staff was hard to communicate with. I mailed in advance to make sure there are vegan options but unfortunately the options were extremely dull.

Everyone in the hotel was friendly and kind with us, the room was nice and the location is perfect, near the metro station as well as the heroes square.

The location is fantastic. You can reach Heroes’ Square, City Park, and Széchenyi Thermal Baths in 10 minutes. The metro station is less than two minutes away, making every part of Budapest easy to access. The service is amazing, with very clean and comfortable rooms that are cleaned daily. Breakfast was also plentiful.

The room was okay, did not get to know which of the three bedroom place we would get. They are very passive answering both being the reception aswell as calling their telephone number. A bit ungenerous only giving 2 big and 2 small towels every 3 days and not changing the bed sheets. The night club close is disturbing, the room is not noise-cancelling the noise from the nightclub. Good things could...

I had a wonderful stay at Full Moon Budapest Hotel. The location is perfect—right on Szent István körút, just a short walk from Parliament, Margaret Island, and plenty of restaurants and bars. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was lively yet surprisingly quiet inside the rooms...

The room was clean and on decent location. If you arrive late there is probably going to be a loud party on the first floor. I had a hart time finding the reception because the security werent giving exact directions.

Quite decent for money they ask. It's an old building but it's in a city center so everything is relatively close. Front desk quite useful and nice.

We had a lovely time the room was big and clean with a third bed for our daughter. Despite negative reviews about sound we had no issues.

1 star for the staff because they were very friendly and helpful. 1 star for the location and good connections. 1 star for cleanliness. So overall, 3/10. There's a club downstairs, and it was so loud. Definitely not recommended for a family trip. Unless you want to stay out late yourself. I don't think the facilities are that great. Comparing it with the photos, I would have expected better. Unfortunately...

Very good stay, clean hotel, close to everything.

The service we received and the attitude of the receptionist were appalling. She kept raising her voice at us and was angry about every question we asked. To enter the hotel, you first have to leave the lobby (if you can even call it that) and go through the staircase of a nearby building. The internet that was promised as part of the service only worked in the lobby itself, so we couldn’t enjoy any...

Good hotel. Location is good near metro and Parlament building. Room was big with high ceilings. Have breakfast. Only one minus for me it's very early checkout 10:00 and late check-in 15:00.

Location was good as it was near the metro station. Also located near Margaret island.

Check in was a little cold. Room was good. Fairly quiet clean. Breakfast was ok. Decent nights sleep

Great location, friendly staff .we had a good night's sleep.would return again

Nice location! Very easy and quick to reach public transportation! Breakfast is great, especially the omelette! Rooms are nice! Enjoyed my short stay!

The welcome is nothing to say, the staff is very friendly, the hotel is well located, the train station is not far away, and also the dental office of Dr. Suba is 3 to 5 minutes walk from the station (exit the hotel turn right and right go straight down and the dental office is there) not far great!! however the sheets are not changed, the cleaning ladies came but we had the impression that there was...

After I read the reviews about bed bugs I was really worried, but no there are no bed bugs! The beds are comfortable and we had a great sleep. I don’t complain. Breakfast was ok too. We had everything we need. The rooms are not very big, but all was good! The staff is very friendly! If you are coming with the car in front of the hotel you can park maximum stay 3 hours from 8.30 in the morning til ...

Very kind staff, everyone very helpful. Very good location, next to public transport. Next to Mammut Shopping, Spar. Next to Széll Kállmán Tér, for buses, subway and trams. Also next to Mechwart tér for trams and buses. If you like to walk Very good accommodations, clean and useful. Not luxury, but practical and good. I am grateful for the hotel Papillon for help to made our stay in Budapest so nice...

Hotel Papillon was located on the Buda side with approx. ten minutes walk to the nearest public transport. There are a few restaurants near the hotel. The guest room was simple but functionally decorated and was very clean. The room had both air conditioning and a refrigerator. The bathroom was a good size and was clean and in good condition. The hotel had its own garden with pool and sunbeds, which...

Nice hotel in a nice location. Seems remote but it's close to the Margaret island and you have loads of tramway and bus stations. The rooms were clean even tho, in other 3-star locations, the furniture and bathroom looked more modern. The personnel were very polite, friendly and willing to help with everything. The restaurant is decent but it looks old. I recommend this hotel if you're looking for...

Definitely recommend!! Very nice staff, and good location with reasonable prices! Thank you for the amazing experience!

The staff is very kind and helpful, and they even helped solve any problems that arose!

very nice and cozy hotel with perfect location🙂↕️ extremely friendly stuff made staying there even more enjoyable highly recommend🥰

Good room with location and also aircon is working perfect. Only problem with the hotel is that on first day the hot water is not working

Good room with location and also aircon is working perfect. Only problem with the hotel is that on first day the hot water is not working

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Quiet location. Good breakfast.

This is one of the best value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Europe. It's right next to the train station, so you can easily get there directly from the station. It's also convenient for shopping. Overall, I really liked it.

The hotel is located right next to the train station. Our windows faced the street, and while the soundproofing was good, we could still hear the tram a little. The rooms are renovated and modern. Water is provided in glass bottles, and you can fill up filtered water near the hotel entrance. Breakfasts are excellent with a wide variety to choose from. The Parliament building and Basilica are within...

There was no slipper, no bathrobe and other kits. Location was wonderful. Staff was positive. But basic hotel kits destroyed all these charms.

The hotel is in a good location, but it must get its act together replacing the carpets. The carpets in my room were very dirty. For over two years now the hotel is in the process of replacing the carpets. What takes them too long - and why did I get a room with these old dirty carpets ?

I had a pleasant stay at T62 Hotel in Budapest. The location is excellent, right in the city center with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and major sights. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel feels relatively new and modern, offering good value for the money. While the room was generally clean, the cleaning...

Good location, very clean with excellent breakfast. Above my expectation with such reasonable price.
