Find one star a lot! The service is slow and rude. The soup after half an hour we got the bean soup and the goulash soup was tasteless. We didn't even ask for the second one. I would not recommend it to anyone. Penzkidobas !!!

Unqualified hospitality. Greasy, dirty tablecloth, stained glass. We had to wait 15 minutes for the order to be taken. There were two of us, we waited 45 minutes for a soup and an appetizer :( They forgot to bring out the soda we ordered in the second round. I'm surprised that such a restaurant can survive in 2019

The amount of food does not reflect the price.
We had ordered food for takeaway several times in the past, and so far, there was no particular problem, except perhaps that the takeaway dish had to be taken back because there was no disposable standard bowl. That's why I once took down a few of these washed dishes myself. Yesterday we decided to order the 2-person bowl we ordered instead. Immediately they started warming up the takeaway packed food, but in the meantime we had already picked a different course from the menu. We said that we preferred to choose from the menu, but after a little wait we got the choice of dishes: Fish soup "Garden style" and tripe stew with boiled potatoes. We ordered bread for fish soup and cucumber for leaven. Before that we asked for 2 vodkas, 1 glass and 1 mug of draft beer. There was no particular problem with this, the 2-person bowl was repackaged for take away. The first surprise came with the payment: the total amount was HUF 11,900, we did not expect it, and this amount already included a 10% discount. We didn't have that much cash, card payment is not possible at the place, they were generously released, I assured them I would bring in the rest the next day. Then came the second surprise at home: maybe 1 person out of 2 people would eat. The number of meats was there, but the size and the amount of garnish is small when compared to the price: 6800.- Ft !!! With so much money, a much better quality place has already made us well. That's why we got 200 grams of fried potatoes, 188 grams of rice, and 3 pieces of mushroom heads and pieces of meat fried in different ways with 610 grams of packaging! The pictures clearly show what this is all about. It was no longer a surprise that the calculated items could only be guessed, as we only received one handwritten note, separate for the order and then for the amounts, so it is not possible to know exactly how much it cost. In addition, there is something extra on the list that you don't know what. If it is packing, then the thing is because the bowls in which the food taken is packed are the ones I carried earlier. When we called the restaurant back from home, they first inquired about the complaint, and when they were made aware that this could be a serious problem in a possible check, they said that, well, they didn't have to enter the remaining amount. Anyway, they got checked in and there was no problem. The worst thing about handling the complaint was that after hanging up the phone, within a minute, the same loud man's voice calling back said. Before that, of course, he had asked himself that what he was packing had the quantity, weight, as it should. As far as I was able to tell you exactly what my problem was, he said mockingly and annoyingly that they didn't have to be ordered then he hung up.
I write this just to serve as a lesson for our case to others, and for everyone to be able to sit down to eat.
It is regrettable that this may occur and that the guest's complaint will be treated in this way. By the way, we wanted to celebrate My Couple's Name Day in a cozy place, but unfortunately we only got richer with a bad experience. 😠
