We had a couples massage and spent several hours in the spa afterwards. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional from start to finish. The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The breakfast was delicious, and I was happy to find miso soup, which is a nice touch for Japanese guests. The room was clean, but I was troubled when the body soap dispenser was empty. It was refilled during the cleaning on the second morning. On the day of checkout, while I was relaxing in my room, a cleaner tried to enter without knocking, which startled me. I recommend using the chain lock.
