Excellent hotel location, very comfortable stay. The gym was a pleasant surprise.

Kempinski hotels are consistently good, as always. The front desk staff provided enthusiastic service, and there was always plenty of water. My trip through Europe showed me that there are indeed differences between hotels, but overall, this one was excellent! Thumbs up.

Great location, very close to where you can take Danube river cruises, and there's a Christmas market nearby, which creates a festive atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the room is spacious. The only downside is that the price was a bit high when booked for New Year's Eve.

Everything about our stay was wonderful and relaxing. The location is very convenient, and the hotel itself is spotless. The amenities include Diptyque products, and the service was superb. It's definitely a hotel I'd love to stay at again if I have the chance.

The hotel was quite cold for the two weeks of my stay due to a technical issue. Unfortunately, the spa area—which was the main reason I chose this hotel—was also too cold to fully enjoy. The hotel itself is old, with dated furniture and very basic amenities, but everything was clean. There’s nothing particularly special about the place, however it offers decent value for the money.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the Parliament Building, and very convenient for all major city attractions. I had a great business trip to Budapest in December. The staff (particularly a gentleman named Akos) was amazing and super attentive towards my needs. The room service and location were great as well. The bar was fantastic and the bartender Oliver, was so gentlemanly and kind. I loved it so much.
