Place was in quiet area near very nice winery. There was Sauna and Jacuzzi what you could use. It was nice to drink morning coffe in terrace and breakfast was good.

The location and views are fantastic, but unfortunately the hospitality is not of the same standard.
Instead of the room booked, we received the "best" as a gift, which was a pleasant surprise to the door.
Upon entering, dense cobwebs, dead flies, dust, limescale kettles, used capsules forgotten in the coffee machine were received - although instead of the 15 hours indicated on the booking, the room could only be occupied after 16 hours due to cleaning.
The shower door does not close, so the water also soaks the room, as does the condensed water leaking from the outdoor unit of the air conditioner mounted above the patio door.
The sockets on either side of the bed take turns providing electricity only, the lights flicker.
A smaller bench, puff for the suitcases would be good because there is no protective cover on the quilts on the bed, so there is nowhere to pack comfortably.
The closed parking lot is located a few blocks from the accommodation, the jacuzzi can be used after buying 6 bottles of wine.
Breakfast is not buffet style, the offer is very tight and although you have to indicate how many hours please, there was a 25 minute wait saying there is chaos (2 people were sitting in the dining room when the two of us arrived.)
We did not receive the promised in-room bottle of wine, although we signaled to one of the employees who just laughed.
Redeeming the wine tasting coupon is difficult because the cellar is not open for 2 days.
A party arriving early in the evening was not answered by anyone, the owner did not answer the phone, they knocked on us and asked for help or. we also learned from us about the oven dinner and wine-making opportunities in the pictures that they are not available at the moment.
Overall, the price for the experienced quality and services is very high, the owner's absence is strongly felt in the abandoned house.

My partner and I had a great time. We received a rich, delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was super comfortable, the wines are delicious, the view is sumptuous, I recommend it to everyone! 😉

This is an old winemaker’s house, situated just on top of Lake Balaton. The view is stunning, the rooms are great (and have a/c) and there are two terraces you can use for sunbathing. The wine cellar downstairs is really cool, and of course they serve their own wine too.
