Great hotel, right at the Balaton, like literally, you just have to step out of the building. Spacious, good atmosphere, elegant design. Quite a lovely resort and the staff was wonderful. We were there before the busy season started so we almost had the place to ourselves. The indoor heated pools are magnificent with lots of jets and ways to sit / lounge and enjoy them.

Beautiful place, next to lake Balaton nice swimming pools also slides water cycles very nice rooms and great view, but the only problem is that its rated a 4.5 star hotel and it should be five. I really recommend this place.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

Very nice hotel, rooms are clean food is also good(everyday is something for kids), the biggest advantage of this hotel is location 😍👌 it is really worth to pay for room with the lake view. Great swimming pools for kids. I can highly recommend it:)

This is a nice place with good food. I give it just 4 stars, because the hotel is a little bit outdated and the staff could have been nicer. In the restaurant they are nice, but at the reception not that much. The swimming pools are fun.

It was great to stay at the Premium Hotel Panorama. The location with its wonderful view of Balaton Lake was excellent. During my stay, the staff were very nice and helpful. I would book it again with my family.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, from fruits up to warm dishes like fried eggs, sausages and pancakes. It was pretty good. Just the coffee was not the best but except that the rest was fine.

Very kind staff, first impression is very good. The wellness center is small but accessible, as many choose to swim on the lakeside, which can be accessed directly from the wellness area at the back gate. Parking is available, but the number of spaces is limited. The restaurant part is also good, the choice of dishes is not varied, every day is very similar, but I think it's delicious.

Nice hotel with good service. The spa has a variety of amenities and they were able to fit my wife in for a wonderful set of spa treatments. The outdoor pool is nice but too shallow.

It's an OK hotel. Not so many things to do there. The spa seems bigger on the internet hotel page that it actually is. It is far too small for the number of rooms they have. The pool is very crowded as well, do not have much place to swim and enjoy the water. People are nice, but they do not really talk English. They would rather talk German... Food is good. Short stay We stayed 2 nights, the location was excellent, breakfast was good, sadly the wifi was not good at all on the 2nd floor. I would recommend to friends just update the wifi for thr future please.

Spacious rooms and good beds in a sleepy area. There is a cafe and restaurant close, but hours of operation may vary. Short walk to the lake, parks, or center of town. More comfortable furniture than many resorts of this type.

Room nr. 13 is in other building where is sauna and pool. That’s nice. But the room is street level and if you keep curtains open there’s open view to street. Also noise comes directly. Also quite darkness.If you have a choice don’t take this room.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

The hotel sits at the centre of all the action in town yet remains tranquil and calm. It is an elegant and sophisticated establishment which it wears lightly. Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was acceptable. Location is great. The spa was okay too, my only issue is in the hot tub the water could have been a bit warmer. Customer service , by mistake they wanted to charge me for a cake which I never ordered,the receptionist was helpful and he corrected the problem but frankly I say the other stuff member should pay a bit more attention.

Great location with its own beach! Rooms are with terrace and comfortable but should be refurbished. The AC is paid separately (€10) and very efficient but a bit noisy. Great breakfast! In summary: a very decent 3* hotel.

Great location in the town center near all the restaurants and bars. Hotel is located on the beach next to Lake Balaton. It has it's own beach, access through the main entrance for the guests. Sunbeds can be booked. Room was a bit basic, bathroom sink was very small. Mattress was ok,had a good sleep. Only complaint I would have, that it stunk a bit, like someone fried fish in the room,I think smell...

Clean, chap and has a private beach. What more can you ask for? Oh and they have a very reasonable bar too!

The hotel is quite big, the rooms are cozy and big. The breakfasts and dinners are nice and have variety. They have a gameroom with foosball, biliard and darts which we enjoyed pretty much (although the darts is overpriced). The spa part of the hotel was disappoing; sauna reached the 50°C in half an hour, the jacuzzi was not operating and the pools are "meh". Book this one if you enjoy big and light...

The place was so nice and quiet. The room was clean, fully remodeled and with new furniture (and it smelled SO good). Also, the recepcionist gave us a warm welcoming and she was so nice to us, which we were thankful for after a long trip.

The Outside doesn't look so nice, this is the first view! But if you meet the Girls by your Check-in, the are so friendly, you see your Room, nice and clean! You can walk in 5 minuets to the Lake Balaton, to visit the Beach, find a good spot to eat and much more. Also the Breakfirst was good, and the parking spot is direkt in front of the Hotel. I would like to Recommend it !

When you put it in context everything was ok. Decent, simple, amenities not too new. But good breakfast and close to the lake. Nice parking lot. The only thing that bothered us was a total lack of information in at least English tempting e-menu for dinner? Sure, if you speak Hungarian. But the place was good overall.

Location is fantastic. It is only few minutes away from train station on foot, few minutes away from the beach, few minutes away from the restaurants. It has its own restaurant as well. Breakfast was ok. Room was really clean.

When we arrived again with our almost 2-year-old little girl, I was surprised that instead of last year’s small play corner, there was a larger playroom. The place is beautiful. We held our wedding here last year. The food was good, they were helpful in everything. We also maintain a good relationship with the owner. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated a lot this year. The menu is boring and noticeably fresh .. (!) The food. 3x I try to make an appointment for a lunch by the end of August (!) For 2 people .., all three times they didn't have any traffic...

We came once for the Lake Balaton festival. The price was fair, so it was off-season. The room was perfect for that night, clean bathroom, comfortable bed and a great view. We had breakfast, buffet, we can't complain about that either! Thanks for the hospitality, if we have to deal with it, I think we'll be back!

Wonderful food in the restaurant! We tried the Gulasch, the steak and the Parmesan Chicken - all 5*! Also do not miss the Dreher Bak - dark caramel beer (mmmh). The hotel has a whole new renovated set of rooms and the personal are very friendly :)
