We also had delicious dinners at the hotel restaurant, and on weekends the outdoor grill was a nice extra. The wellness area was very relaxing, with pools, saunas, and a jacuzzi. It’s a great place for families
There is one cool guy in particular called Zsolt, who gave us lots of information about the city and the footballclub. He also introduced us to Hungarian beer which was probably one of the best beers I ever had
We stayed here with our kids, and it was a great choice. The location is perfect — right next to Nagyerdő Park and just a 5-minute walk from Aquaticum. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time
Our room was clean, big, and very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the playroom, and they loved the little sightseeing train that leaves from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty with lots of fresh food to choose from
The hotel is in a great location with many options for dining nearby. The breakfast had so many options. You will be sure to find many things you like. Be sure to stop by the bar to see Zsolt
The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds

We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.
This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water
Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)
The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe
Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day

The hotel is located in a perfect location, within walking distance to the central area, shopping malls, etc. Most of the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine for even longer stays (I was there for nearly a month)
I really loved staying here in the midst of COVID. They were extremely clean and followed all safety rules and regulations. The front desk staff were always very courteous and ready to answer any questions
A nice swimming pool on the top floor is never crowded and the use is free to hotel guests. The choice of food at the restaurant is good, and most of the staff speak at least English
A rich buffet breakfast is served every day. The underground garage is available for free to guests. A large square behind the hotel is often used for various cultural events
Rooms facing the park are large and relatively quiet. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy and are quite small with old TV sets. Bathrooms are generally ok, but the shower cabin could be designed much better
Breakfast is very good, there is something for everyone. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and limited spa/gym facilities

Bean soup is very good with red onion. And the food in general is good. It's very relaxing to sit on the terrace and serve good food here. Kind and helpful staff, just like those at Villa Hotel, kind and friendly
Krúdy's harcsapaprikás was outstanding, featuring tender catfish in a rich paprika sauce, along with delicious juhturós sztrapacska. The Schnitzel made for a great Sunday lunch choice

Good location. Lack of AC in the rooms. In summertime its a huge disadvantage cause you can enter the romm while over 30 degree celsius in there.
Tough bed but not bad. Great breakfast, great service. Shower head was a bit of a fantasy fountain and the shower got a bit flooded.
I really like it.. Comfy, clean, free wellness, nice breakfast 👍
They serve the best grill food I ate in a while!

Here, you get your money's worth. We paid 60 euros for a double room that was very clean, nice, comfortable, large and had a view. The hotel's interior is charming, and breakfast is good
The atmosphere here makes you feel nostalgic. E great hotel. Vintage furniture and paintings, wood everywhere. Bathroom floor is heated. I definitely recommend spending a night here.
Very friendly place to stay with an excellent bar and food. We didn't have a chance to try out the wines party of the hotel, still the room was spacious and cosy.
Good for the price. A bit old however really stylish. Retro.:)

A place in the Big Forest where you can stay on a relatively good price.
Comfortable, tidy and clean rooms. However a whole renewal would be necessary after all these years. The dishes in the all-you-can-eat restaurant are tasty, recommend it while you rest here.
The only reason I'll give it a 3 stars is the insect infestation. More insects than I could've cared for. Other than that, the hotel is great, reception is great

Had a synchronized massage it was amazing experience
The breakfast was fine although the staff was not very flexible with preparing the necessary arrangements when there were too many guests and no dishes. The bathroom was clean but there was no soap in the shower

It was a little bit difficult to locate the hotel. The room looks like a university dorm as expected but had everything I needed for the night. The bed was quite small though
It was hard to tell if there were other people in the building, felt really quiet (even more quiet since the reception was not in the hotel building that I stayed in)
Budget hotel in a serene environment offering homestay for long and short term guests, mostly students. Service and amenities are quite good. A great place to relax
Only suitable for first year students who don't know where to live at the first time coming to Debrecen because it's expensive and not worth it
I am staying here during my first year of studies in Debrecen. Good service, friendly reception. Good for any new student to Debrecen Uni.

This place is a huge facility with a lot of attractions such as thermal pools, carts, playgrounds for kids and much more. There is a good restaurant with delicious dishes
Room was immaculate, spacious and had a lovely forest view. We ate in the hotel in the evening and had incredible food. Breakfast has a lot of choice as well
Super comfy beds and the linen feels silk. Polite and friendly staff accommodate guests needs. I choose duck breast with apple croquettes
Reception did provide a kettle for us when asked, but we provided our own tea and coffee. Other than that it was faultless
I recommend this place if you are looking for a very calm place away from the big city rush

I left my car there for parking while I was traveling from Debrecen airport. All was good. Also this hotel has a nice restaurant where myself, my wife and two our children had a dinner for very reasonable price.
Nice rooms, full breakfast, friendly atmosphere. Just had a little smell of "stalled bathroom" in the 3-bed room at the end of the corridor. It's probably not much used. The 2-bed room didn't have this smell.
The rooms clear, the staff is cute. The bed is a little bit soft, and the bathroom is small, but we can forget it :)
The hotel is clean and tidy, the food is excellent, and the location is great
