The hotel has seen better days. Needs a lot of small renovations and investments. Rooms were clean, however during our 3 night stay nobody took iur garbage or cleand the rooms. Pool was ok. Breakfast and dinner were mediocre. Stuff was polite and helpful.

Definitely not a 4 star place; clean rooms, air conditioning not working, and they won't fix it; wellness is okay; bad wifi

Oh my gawd this was an awesomely great hotel. I mean wow... altho i would kinda liked if they had better TVs but i dont mind them bcs i spent most of my time in the pool they had.

Amaizing. Small Hotel like a home. Give us great feeling exccelent service. Nice and tasty meals. Just Amazing. I recommend it !!! Thank you vety much !!!

Elevator was broken, TV remote didn't work, pool closes pretty early, but it was clean with climate control and decent breakfast. Not bad.

The staff was accomodating and kind but the facilities left something to be desired in some respects. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no WiFi in the rooms only in the common areas. The minifridge in the room worked rather well but it has been damaged by one of the previous guests. But the room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and there was some variety as well.

Spacious room. No hairdryer,no kettle in the room. Not good for very little children as people are allowed to be really noisy until 10pm (loud talk and disco music in the room).

I think this hotel is way overrated.This is max. a 1* hotel never a 3.Customer service does not exist here. The first thing when we arrived, at the reception we were given our room key without any guidance where can we find our room. The room is really old,with a CRT Tv (I had flat screen TVs in a 1* hotel before).There is no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom at all,even though this would something basic for a 3* hotel. We always expect a good night sleep in a hotel...well,not here!!Literary they were cleaning the hall and the rooms at 5 am in the morning,jamming the doors when everyone is asleep. The elevator does not work at all and its been like that for a year or so and if you want WIFI,well look somewhere else,as you will find WIFI in the lobby.There was a price list from 2015 in the room...really?we are in 2018...please pay a bit more,to receive good service somewhere else...The manager as I’ve seen his reply to customers, never admits that the hotel is sh** and needs improvement and proves to be arrogant. Never again, and do avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant stay!!
