The hotel is like a resort, insanely comfortable. The staff has been amazing. The bartenders (Zsolt and Zoltan) have blown out minds. Better craft cocktails than we get back home, at less than half the price, and a smile on their face the whole time. I would happily stay here any time in in Debrecen.

I’m here every week due to my business. Coming back every Monday feels already like going home since I feel so well pampered - and I want to highlight my favorite contact at the hotel. Zsolt is the best barkeeper I met. He knows how to treat guests. It’s a pleasure to have a Drink and some nice conversation after an excessive working day.

Great hotel if you want to experience the spirit of the golden era. The hotel is an impressive building that unfolds many surprises, from an old abandoned section to what looks like a Russian elevator that can withstand an atomic blast. Great experience!

If you want to have a reminiscent experience in a old dated hotel, this is a must go! Plenty of abandoned sections of the building will make you feel as if you made a trip to Chernobyl. Some rooms are just falling apart while you can enjoy a minimum offer breakfast in a pretty impressive hall. My recommendation: go for it!

We wanted to have a direct access to the Hajduszoboszlo Spa and this was the reason we selected this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel has some late 80's early 90's style and you can have that feeling that you are in that era again... I have been to this hotel countless times since 2008. From what I have seen, the rooms have not been renovated in all this time, although I think that would have been the case. The only renovation I saw was to the spa behind reception. But I think removing the pool from there was not a very bright idea. We are an elderly couple ( I am 79 and my spouse 70 years old) who stayed at the hotel in the first half of May 2024. We came for14 days of rehabilitation after the full knee replacement surgery. We came here from Romania, so comparing with what you can find in our country it is perfect. It was clean enough, different types of pools inside for kids and adults also.

This AquaPark is among the finest in the region. It is stunning and well-structured, ensuring safety and being suitable for children. There are numerous ways to have fun in the water. The slides are quite thrilling, yet they are entirely safe.

Came here on a Saturday and the experience was good, there’s a water park, thermal pool and sauna world (would recommend paying for this as soooo worth it and lots of variety)? The thermal pools were good, about 6 and a variety of temperatures and the water park had some good pools, overall a good way to spend the day. Food and drinks options not too bad either (mix of fast food and alcohol)

Great place, it's clean and the water is good. The only minus that I have is the fact that I bought the tickets online and there is only one cash register which works with the online registration. If you pay there it goes faster.

A very nice aqua park, big and with many possibilities to relax. There are many pools with thermal water, fresh water, with ultrasonic waves, slides. Upstairs, inside the aqua park, place to eat. The entrance and the facilities you choose are paid only at the end. There is also a pool with cold and warm water, a salt room and a relaxation room.

Absolutley fantastic, we have spent Christmas there, there was alwats something to do for kids and adults. There was no need to leave the hotel. Nice 4 star superior hotel, good quality but not so expensive. They have a very nice and big own spa area with a variety of pools and really good services. They even have pedicure fishes which is a cool thing to try if given the opportunity to. I also enjoyed the table tennis there (I also had luck with some very well playing guests). The hotel is located in a perfect location, within walking distance to the central area, shopping malls, etc. Most of the rooms are spacious and perfectly fine for even longer stays (I was there for nearly a month). The hotel is really 5 minutes by walk from the center so the location is great. Otherwise it is quite obsolete, and even looks dirty (the walls, carpet). The bathroom is not so attractive either. If you have something to do in the Kolcsey Center this is a good choice since its 1 minute by walk.

Rooms facing the park are large and relatively quiet. Rooms facing the main street can be noisy and are quite small with old TV sets. Bathrooms are generally ok, but the shower cabin could be designed much better... Breakfast is very good, there is something for everyone. Hotel has a nice swimming pool and limited spa/gym facilities.

The AC did not function in my room and I reported it many times but they never responded. I woke up sweaty all the time. Not highly recommended as there should be better in Debrecen. The room was average for the price, this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel no way 4 star. Good for soldiers as there were many in this hotel for breakfast

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open. The meals of day (breakfast and dinner) are well variable during longer stay (we had a 5-night vacation) and we did not get bored of "all the same on different days" meals - it was not the case here.

The food in the restaurant was great (both breakfast and dinner). The rooms are cosy, the indoor pool was small but kids loved it. Horses around the property kind of surround you with tranquility; we got scared by one but it ended up just fine. Overall, a very nice atmosphere!

I was there for a business trip and forgot my iPad in the room after I checked out. They delivered it to the office. That’s 5 star service! Everything else - rooms/ breakfast/ general service as well was perfect.

The hotel and the rooms are nicely renovated. The location is good. The elevators are unbelievably slow, but more importantly, the food is very average, definitely not 4* standard. Not strictly hotel issue, but we were expecting better spa facilities as well.

Krúdy's harcsapaprikás was outstanding, featuring tender catfish in a rich paprika sauce, along with delicious juhturós sztrapacska. The Schnitzel made for a great Sunday lunch choice. The desserts were a real treat, particularly the Rákóczi-style crêpe, which was light, sweet, and topped with fluffy meringue. Highly recommended!

Bean soup is very good with red onion. And the food in general is good. It's very relaxing to sit on the terrace and serve good food here. Kind and helpful staff, just like those at Villa Hotel, kind and friendly. A nice place close to the Aquaticum and located in a very very nice natural park.

Huge spacious room, huge bathroom, everything you need. The breakfast is simple, but plentiful and delicious.

An extremely helpful reception, a comfortable room with a balcony, and the medical equipment we carry comfortably fits in the bathroom. The hotel is accessible. Breakfast buffet, smoking is allowed on the balcony. If we go to Szolnok again, we will stay here again.

Disturbingly, the doorman refused to open the side door to the reception. Thus, after 10 p.m., guests cannot access their own car in the closed internal parking lot, for which they even pay a separate fee. This is not a 4 star category.

Good location. Lack of AC in the rooms. In summertime its a huge disadvantage cause you can enter the romm while over 30 degree celsius in there.

Here, you get your money's worth. We paid 60 euros for a double room that was very clean, nice, comfortable, large and had a view. The hotel's interior is charming, and breakfast is good. Plus, it is closer to the center than you might think.
