We wanted to have a direct access to the Hajduszoboszlo Spa and this was the reason we selected this Hotel for our stay. The Hotel has some late 80's early 90's style and you can have that feeling that you are in that era again... The building would strongly need some renovation, furnitures are really outdated, bathrooms are even more (old faucets, taps, bathtub, toilet...). I had some serious concerns...

I have been to this hotel countless times since 2008. From what I have seen, the rooms have not been renovated in all this time, although I think that would have been the case. The only renovation I saw was to the spa behind reception. But I think removing the pool from there was not a very bright idea. We are an elderly couple ( I am 79 and my spouse 70 years old) who stayed at the hotel in the first half of May 2024. We came for14 days of rehabilitation after the full knee replacement surgery. A good hotel with large, warm rooms. It is warm everywhere, including the corridors and tunnels connecting the treatment base and the Aqua Park. The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. There is also the Bowling alley available for booking. The Spa is nice with wet and dry Sauna, Cold Water Tub, Jacuzzi Pool...
Lots of small shops right there.
Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open. The meals of day (breakfast and dinner) are well variable during longer stay (we had a 5-night vacation) and we did not get bored of "all the same on different days" meals - it was not the case here.
Very nice, in the midle of promenade walk, lot of all kind of shops.

The breakfast is in another hotel during the weekdays. It was raining and we were all wet. Really bad experience, although the food and service was great.

Very nice especially for the Hungarian standards. We didn't find another place like this travelling around Hungary. Modern, clean, quiet location, close to Spa gates, very good breakfast. Big rooms, very nice. I Recomend a lot.
