Perfect and lovely place to stay ever in Iceland. We stay at cottage which is fulled with everything you need even hair dryer. Really recommended this guesthouse 👍🏻

What a beautiful stay! We were here for one night, I wish we could have stayed here for the whole trip! Very clean, beautiful cabin. Perfectly equipped, warm and comfy, we had such great rest. We felt right at home, we were kindly welcomed in person, and even had homemade biscuits! ❤️

This little house has everything we needed. Perfect and comfy! The owners of the house were delightful. The house was clean and warm. Extra towels, hair dryer, kitchen equipped with pots, nothing was missing. It was great!

Wonderful guesthouse in the country side, very good value for money, very clean and comfortable. Peaceful and calm surroundings, with short distance to the town of Húsavík. The little kitchenette was equipped with all you need for breakfast and simple dinner, and two fresh eggs from the farmer were waiting for us in the fridge when we arrived! :)

everything and the sheep + horses was a nice surprise! also hodt left us some eggs and stuff from their farm which was a nice detaik :)

We had a lovely stay at Vallakot Farm Guesthouse. The studio was well-equipped and very clean. We had a comfortable night’s rest after a long day of driving. We also got to meet one of the owners who was so kind. Check out their vegetables that are grown and sold on their farm!! Highly recommend :)

A relaxing and comfortable stay in one of the guesthouses. The farm has plenty of animals to see and a resident dog that greets you. Easy parking. House has built in fridge and equipped kitchen for cooking. Did some reading on the deck and enjoyed a cup of team in the morning outside as well. The hot tub is enjoyable at night. The unit we occupied was between two others. So, a little like a motel, but with a lovely rural atmosphere. Lovely little table set on the deck which overlooked the pastures. At the corner of the building was a hot tub which the owner filled upon arrival with geothermal water, which was then emptied after we'd gone to bed. Loved the hot tub and was one of the warmest we used while in Iceland...

We had a wonderful stay at Vallakot Farms. The location was perfect for us - coming from Husavik, and being out home base to visit Myvatn and Godafoss. Value for money, excellent quiet location and a beautiful setting by the river. We did not see any staff during our time - the keys to our rooms were simply left on a table in the foyer. Good location, attention it is difficult to access with a city car. Kitchen and living room ok, however the bedrooms are poorly insulated.

Very clean, organized and equipped. We stayed one night in 4 divided into 2 rooms for 2 people located on the 1st floor. The cozy and functional room, with 2 windows, small table and sink. Shared bathroom with other guests. Very nice owner.

Guesthouse a few kilometers away from Husavik. The house has 5 double bedrooms, a fairly equipped kitchen, a nice dining room and a corner with sofa and coffee table. The facility is clean and functional. Outdoors there are games (swings ..) suitable for children. The house is on the banks of a stream. Very characteristic! Recommended!

Pleasant place, getting bags up to the rooms was a bit of hassle, just 1 shared shower, host was efficient, kitchen was nice, good value.

Absolutely loved this place, beautiful property in a quiet location (lakeside), very well connected to Husavik and Myvatn (20 mins drive). The owners / hosts are wonderful and add a personal touch, feels like homestay. Facilities are great, rooms clean and cosy. Wonderful breakfast served, quiet and peaceful surroundings. Best place among all the guesthouses we stayed in Iceland! Anna and her husband are amazing hosts, very accommodating and friendly. We loved the homemade soup dinner and cake, breakfast was very satisfying too. The shared dining room/living room area was a perfect, relaxing and warm shelter during a cold rainy evening. We stayed in the cabin and it was great! Everything was clean and comfortable. The employees and the family who runs it were so welcoming and friendly, they made our stay even better! Best guesthouse we stayed in by far, highly recommend!

We stayed at Langavatn Guesthouse for one night during our trip around Iceland. Customer service was amazing, and the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was simple, but had everything we needed. We had a nice riverside view from our room. The receptionist, presumably the owner of the guesthouse, gave us some great tips about the local area! 10/10 would recommend!

Wow! Oli is a welcoming host and the property is sweet, natural and lovely. Tucked at the end of the road and adorned with terns the home features a hot spring in the backyard with a true hot pot, over 100 F. We took a hike up through the backyard to the alpine meadow where I sketched and admired. The private outdoor pool was amazing! A soothing temperature to swim a few short laps. I look forward...

A little piece of heaven, Haraldur is the perfect host that makes you feel like home. The house and rooms are well decorated. There are 3 bedrooms and a big shared bathroom. The best of it is a swimming pool and a natural SPA of about 40 degrees. It is worth going!

One of the best Airbnb at Húsavík! If you are lucky, get hold of Room 1. The only room with a great view! Easy check in and location is just 10mins away from Husavik town!

We cannot say enough great things about this guesthouse. Easy self check in, room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. The view from the porch was gorgeous. The big plus was the stocked kitchenette with a refrigerator. Not to mention the best cold water I have ever tasted coming out of the faucet. Would definately stay here again.

Quiet place to stay between Husavik and Myvatn. Remote check in was simple and the view was great. We loved the deck with chairs and table to eat dinner at with a view of the Atlantic.

We loved our stay here. Very quiet rural area, friendly host/hostess, excellent breakfast, much of it homemade, including some lamb from their smokehouse, which was exquisite. Rooms were very comfortable. Location is convenient one or two days of sight-seeing in the area. Highly recommended.
