Worst hotel I had booked this hotel though Agoda website after when I visited this place they told rooms are full now not available u speak with Agoda what type of thing this is after getting the confirmation email also and amount also debited this hotel people scammed us

Please find above mentioned details of our booking and payment done through agoda. We have Checked in at Hotel Balaji Inn on 06-05-2025 at 2.00pm. Upon check in we found that hotel room was not at all clean. Also room was full of cigarette smell. Bedsheet linen was torn. After one hour of use of AC, it started leaking water through indoor ac unit which was placed over the bed. We have asked receptionist to change the room but all other rooms were in very bad condition. We have personally called property owner but he did not respond positively. We have asked him to refund total amount as we were forced to check out the hotel at 4 pm. We have paid for 2 days but not even stayed there for 2 hours. We have asked owner to refund total amount but he said he can’t do it as property was booked from Agoda.

Not Recommended – for Family

Stayed here recently and was quite disappointed. The room was not clean, with visible dust and an overall unkempt feel. the AC didn’t have a remote, making it inconvenient to adjust. If you’re traveling with a kid, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere, as the overall environment isn’t comfortable. I wasn’t sure about bedbugs, but the hygiene standards didn’t feel reassuring. Definitely not worth the stay.
