Empire Guest House in Calangute

My friend and I were working in Bengaluru, and decided to have a couple of days in Goa before returning home to the UK. We selected Empire Guest House and honestly couldn't have been happier with our choice. The owners are so incredibly friendly and welcoming, even providing a delicious complimentary breakfast on our first day. The rooms were huge, with a great air conditioning and a lovely balcony overlooking the fascinating back streets of Calangute. Location is perfect - the beautiful beach with loads of amazing beach shacks and sunloungers is less than a 10 minute walk away.

Great hostel with great vibes. Good location for the town, right in the middle. Clean dorms, good facilities with a nice common room and a large patio for sitting and chilling. What really makes this hostel is the staff. They are very helpful, friendly and accommodating, which made us stay a whole week rather than two days as we planned initially. Can’t wait to go back!

It's a good place to meet new people..only if you get to stay there. Keep a watch on your mailbox when you book this place without prepayment, you might be asked to pay within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Happened with me..they don't call before cancellation and if you try to follow up..then good luck..Now if you get to stay here..keep yourself available to mingle with the people around you..nice staff ..food might be expensive but then you are in GOA?

You get all the amenities that are included. The staff is friendly. You can cook your own meals but the food here is too good.
You will love the crowd. You meet amazing people here from around the world. Service is good too. Lockers are available. Best Place for Budget Backpackers. It's as it is in the pictures.
