In the rooms clenliness not good sofas are not good no hot water coming they will tell free wifi but wifi doesn't work properly Tv doesn't worked for showcase only they have kept TV's food was good but higher in price as everywhere in Goa quick response from staff needed

I gave it 3 stars due to its location. Its a 3 minute walk from the beach. The receptionist was quite helpful whenever I requested for a cab and the employee named Pavan was a polite guy who spoke humbly.
There is no elevator there and the property is nice, but old and badly maintained as you can see in the pictures. The common areas are cleaned, perhaps, once a week. The fan above the reception looked like a dirty kitchen exhaust fan and it's not very high. Looking at the surrounding areas I preferred not getting into the pool as we were out for functions during the days. Also, I did not dare to open the cupboard in the room for the fear of having some cockroach spring on me.
I think if it was given a nice coat of paint, the plants were watered and the cleaning was done efficiently, it could be a pretty good guesthouse. The word RESORT is totally misleading, but then again, maybe it's a budget travellers' paradise because I was amazed to see the number of walk in bookings they were trying to accommodate or cancel each day. Mostly college crowd.
Around dusk, avoid standing outside if you're prone to mosquito bites like me. Gigantic ones come to enjoy fresh blood.
