If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This hotel is an absolute joke and a straight-up scam. I don’t know how it has even a single good review because NOTHING here matches what’s shown online. Let’s start with the rooms — they are NOTHING like the photos. Not even close. What you see online looks decent, but what you get in real life is filthy, depressing, and honestly disgusting. The room we got had dirt on the floor, stains on the bed, broken, crooked furniture, and a foul smell as soon as we entered. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. The walls were peeling. Not even a dustbin in sight. Felt more like a cheap lodge on the highway than a “hotel.” They don’t provide any food. Not even a cup of tea. We asked and were told, “Order from outside.” Like seriously? No room service, no tea kettle, nothing. And if you’re arriving tired after a long journey, good luck — they won’t lift a finger to help. Now, the WORST part — the boy at the reception. Easily the most rude, arrogant, disrespectful person I’ve ever encountered in hospitality. We complained (politely at first) about the state of the room and how misleading their pictures were — and he straight up laughed in our face. He said, “We get customers every day. We don’t care what people think. We won’t change anything.” He literally mocked us and admitted the hotel is overpriced but said people still book so they don’t need to improve. Let that sink in. That’s the attitude here. He didn’t try to resolve anything, didn’t apologise, didn’t even pretend to care. Just sat there grinning like he was enjoying our frustration. At one point, he said, “Go leave a bad review, it won’t make a difference.” The rest of the staff are no better — untrained, uninterested, and clearly don’t want to be there. No help with luggage, no smiles, no basic courtesy. If you ask them anything, they just shrug or pretend they didn’t hear you. Oh, and those glowing reviews you see online? FAKE. 100% fake. No one in their right mind would rate this place 4 or 5 stars. The only real reviews are the angry ones — the rest are planted. Don’t be fooled like we were. Also: The sheets looked reused. No drinking water provided. Wi-Fi barely works. No toiletries unless you beg. Walls are thin and noisy at night. No backup power when electricity goes. Location is sketchy at night. Overall atmosphere is shady and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. We were counting down the minutes until checkout. This isn’t just bad service — it’s blatant cheating. And the fact that they’re okay with it and openly mock customers is what makes this worse. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. Don’t waste your money and mental peace. I hope this place gets delisted and shuts down soon — they don’t deserve to be in the hospitality business.

Hotel is so far from baga beach and calangute beach...wrong information provided hotel swimming Pool time 9 to 6 it's similar that corporate office time. As well as in premium swimming pool view room is also small....restrictions for wet cloth hang in balcony its advise wet cloth keep on dining table.hotel not provided in house washroom mug and bucket not provided ..shelsta system is hot or cold water on jetspary/ shower only

Not clean , room was not at all clean , all things were broken , the staff wer not that helpful , denefintely a no go for anyone , be it a couple or friends.
