However, the overall guest experience is hindered by the room facilities, as the amenities and in-room essentials are need improve to require modernization to meet the high standards service. While it is a strong choice for food lovers and travelers on the go, improvements in room equipment and comfort would significantly elevate its value.

The hotel is slightly far fr main thoroughfare. So many things can be improved here. Our room was spacious but very dated and dark. Needs a major revamp.
Breakfast was minimal/local fare mostly.
We have issue w/smoking guests. There are no boundaries. They're seated everywhere.
Staff were nice though.

The ceiling of the room was a bit moldy and the shower was not great but it was very close to the train station. Staff was nice too. At the lobby it looked amazing. Window view was other rooms. And there was quite a bit of noise from people from the hallway. Earplugs worked so I would suggest to bring them just in case.

We stayed here for a night. It is within waking distance to Pasar Baru. The breakfast was ok, it starts early and during weekends it is better to go have breakfast early because there will be a crowd. Room space is good but lighting is a bit too dim. The staff is helpful and courteous. Room numbering is a bit chaotic but we managed to find ours.

Towel smelly,curtain not clean got blood stain.
Even though is a old hotel but cleanliness must be in good conditions

Nothing to share just let hotel know that i happy woth food restaurant but please make sure before provide the room to customer its really ready and clean.
For me, i got no complaints because the front and staff helpful to make a chance room. With leaking aircond and all my stuff wet.. huh.. just give 2 star with the hospitality of the hotel.

I like how it is in the Bandung city and it's not that jammed. I like it is near to all shopping places. I can just walk about 600m to Passr Baru Square. Walk about 600m to Jalan Braga. I love it.. will pick this hotel again. I like the indomee to choose on breakfast buffet. 😍
